This is the first time we travelled to Munnar . But this Munnar Ice Queen | Rooms & Cottages Munnar Ice queen has given me such a glorious experience that I wouldn’t expect 💖🌻… Rooms are just awesome , super clean n tide ☘️….All the staffs were very well behaved and gentle . We felt like they were always ready to serve us whatever we ask for …. Whatever we have asked for without any hesitation they have done it for us. We have opted for the complimentary breakfasts: trust me guys it’s truly good and worth every penny …. Thank you so much team for the great service that we would refer our friends/relatives in future , Offcourse would love to visit again 😃♥️.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Munnar Ice Queen | Rooms & Cottages. Everything about the Munnar Ice Queen | Rooms & Cottages was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stay at Ice Queen was good. Reception and staff was very welcoming, courteous and child friendly. Property location is wonderful. Rooms are very spacious, clean and beautiful and have good functional facilities. Staff is responsive. Spacious balconies are must use feature. Though, Restaurant food options are not many for north Indians. Food was not upto expectation. Breakfast was options were good. Tea could have been better. However they are other good options for restaurant in town.

The stay was amazing, the pool was clean. We enjoyed swimming and sitting beside the pool at night. The experience was literally mesmerizing. The rooms are big and cosy. The view from the room is amazing. The Munnar Ice Queen | Rooms & Cottagesier staff were supportive and the service was also awesome. Breakfast was good but had limited options.

the stay was decent .the food was excellent. Kudos to the kitchen team for making good that is tasty as well as very homely. the service was also very good. everyone were really good at their job. very satisfied with the whole experience

The Munnar Ice Queen | Rooms & Cottages was fine and clean with really good cottages, food from the resturant is average and the buffet wasn't satisfactory for me because they served very cold food. Overall it is good to stay here.

Staffs are very friendly. Worth the money, peaceful location away from city. Food options are limited but the taste is good. Well maintained property only drawback is the narrow approach road but not a major problem.

The services and people were good. The rooms were extremely comfortable. We had an ironing table as well which really helped. The only problem was with the wifi. Range was quite bad.
