• The vast property is spread across 8 acres which are further divided into 20 states of the art cottages offering world-class luxurious accommodation with all modern amenities.
• Musa Jungle Retreat is also known as 'Tiger' in the local Bodo language.
• The property has the provision of basic amenities like parking, proper security and power backup.
• The private sit-out area provides an opportunity for guests to hang around the lawn or try out indoor games or outdoor sports.
• The property also comes with a multi-cuisine restaurant along with a dining area. A kitchenette is also provided for guests to prepare meals if required.
• The property provides three kinds of cottages which are:-
• "Stripped Painters"-These cottages offer a scenic view of the tea gardens, resort and the park. They are non AC twin-bedded and provide balconies for guests to hang out. It is preferred for groups of families or friends who wish to stay close to each other.
• "Grazing Rhino"- These are spacious cottages with king-sized beds, bigger bathrooms and large shower areas as one can enjoy a better view of the park with sightings of one horn rhinos, peacocks and elephants. They also have sit out areas for relaxation during the day contemplating the flora and fauna of the park.
• "Bansbari Villa"- This type is the most spacious room and comes with real home experience while on a holiday. These rooms have a bigger bathroom space, shower cubicle and an inviting bathtub. There is a separate drawing room for a private lounge or meetings. It also provides a private sit-out area for relaxation.
