Hotel rooms are good, behaviour of the staff very good except one or two. A glass got broken which was outside my room and they charged me rs 250 for that which is quite unfair. Anything happens outside the room guest is not responsible for that. Food cost too much high and taste not that much good. Enjoyed our stay with muscatle, location is excellent, though it is located at downwards sloping curve but car can reach easily. Staff and service is excellent too specially ash-on and pranita thumbs up to them. We were upgraded to super deluxe room with balcony which was quite big. Only area of improvement is breakfast options and taste it could be improved rest of the things are fine.

It was an amazing experience for us rooms were very clean and tidy. The location of the property is also very good yes its bit difficult for elderly people to walk above for the main road. Hotel room was excellent, food was average. Very near to mg marg but as it's downhill so might be a bit problem for some people to walk up as the road was steep. The location of the property is so ideal that it is very close to the centre of the town as well as off the main highway making it very peaceful too

The receptionist of the Hotels were very helpful, especially P. Rojoi . We booked a two standard rooms but they upgraded us a very good grand room. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms too were clean. We are very happy with the service too.

Wifi is pathetic, even after informing they couldn't do anything. I stayed for 4 days and it was same all days.
