One of the best place to stay in darjeeling environment is very safe and staffs are very cooperative and caring, they took care of our every needs and help in every possible way some staffs like saroj (manager) samiksha are very polite and humble and took care of our needs during our whole stay. Hotel location is also good and best place for stay with family or with partner also till now wherever i traveled i met with many good and polite Muscatel Roma - 400 Mts from Mall Road staffs but in this Muscatel Roma - 400 Mts from Mall Road staffs are so caring that one of the staff wake up at 3 am to awake us so that we can go for sunrise view point i think that staff might not sleep whole night because of us. I never seen such kind of services provided by any staff any Muscatel Roma - 400 Mts from Mall Road. I really appreciate and thankful for all their services

I've been to darjeeling 5 times before and by far, this is my most favorite stay. Located at some 7 - 8 minutes of walking distance from the mall road, muscatel roma is a great stay option for all kinds of travelers. I had booked a deluxe room with valley view but they upgraded the room to a super deluxe room (which also had a beautiful mountain view) at no additional cost. The staff is really helpful and courteous. I called them up at 9pm to tell them that we'd be late because of a delayed bus journey & when we arrived at 10 pm, they ensured a super smooth checkin process and had our room ready. They assured us every time that they are there to help us out if we face any sort of issues. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a nice vacation in darjeeling and enjoy a good luxurious stay without having to burn a hole in the pocket.

Hotel is clean and staff are helpful. Don’t expect views from lower floors. Beds are heated so it’s pretty comfortable even in winters. Food is decent but too expensive. Paid parking available, at least now, where most Muscatel Roma - 400 Mts from Mall Roads don’t even offer any parking, paid or otherwise. Only downside is the steep climb to the Muscatel Roma - 400 Mts from Mall Road from mall road. Especially difficult to walk and climb for elderly people. Would recommend to friends and family if willing to walk steep slope.

We spent three nights here with family. The location of the Muscatel Roma - 400 Mts from Mall Road is good ... Near to Gandhi Road. But the difficult thing is, it is located in a lane which leads to top of the hill. Very difficult to climb. Otherwise the service was quite good .. Bengali Muscatel Roma - 400 Mts from Mall Road staff, very helpful. Bathroom very clean, non stop hot water. Tv is there. The quality of bed is not good and light is less in the room. However enjoyed the stay.

The room was good and has modern amenities like a bed warmer and a room heater on rent. The view from the room is superb with a full view of kanchanjungha and valley. The only drawback is the location of the property. Though located in prime location at mall road but you need to walk a steep height to reach the Muscatel Roma - 400 Mts from Mall Road and the road is also not that good. Overall a good experience

Excellent stay! room was neat, so was the washroom. We were given room 404 with nice view and bed heater was comfortable. We really appreciate the hospitality of the staff; so prompt and always polite, with a smile on their face. I thank them heartily for such a nice stay. Added advantage for people who like the quiet and solitude- not much noise except for floor creaking and occasional thuds from above.

5. We loved our stay at muscatel roma - the location can't be beat! we had a spacious room for 2 with beautiful view and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff. Our room had all of the conveniences we could hope for and we loved the breakfast service every day! we will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit.

The only reason i see not to choose this Muscatel Roma - 400 Mts from Mall Road is you cannot climb a little. Stuff behaviour and rooms are really good. They provide each and everything you need. From the valleyview rooms(404) you can see kanchanjunga. They arranged cabs at a really low price.

Awesome stay with good view of the mountains from deluxe rooms and excellent staff behaviour. The rooms have all the basic amenities on a pocket friendly budget.

I experienced the best customer service here. The staff was very humble and always polite and very much prompt to their service. Room was clean with a decent view. The breakfast and dinner we had was also very freshly made and decent taste. Just walking up to the Muscatel Roma - 400 Mts from Mall Road for like 150 meters makes u tired after having a good meal. Overall worth the money

We had 2 night stay and had a very nice stay staff were were helpfull. We enjoyed staying here and also enjoyed darjeeling unesco himalayan heritage train. And beauty of tiger hill.

Overall Muscatel Roma - 400 Mts from Mall Road rooms and staff behaviour is good but food quality is not good.

The staff were very quick and prompt. The room and toilet were clean and up to the mark. Overall a very good experience.
