Muscatel Stardust - Chowrasta Mall Road

A comfortable stay, decent accomodation, friendly staff. Pros - location, right on Mall road, East facing valley view rooms Cons - lack of Car Parking or arrangements for someone driving down in own car. I reached Darjeeling in my own car & thereafter reaching the Hotel (not realising / not informed that the Hotel is not situated on a road connected by car) was tough, though the Hotel provided staff for conveying the luggage from the road head (Bhanu Bhawan) to their location. The biggest issue was to find an appropriate & safe parking for my vehicle. The Kitchen is currently non functional, they get the food prepared at another property, warm it up & serve it. There was no complimentary Mineral water provided which is a norm in other good Muscatel Stardust - Chowrasta Mall Roads, considering the tariff which was charged. The Travel Desk of the Hotel comprises of Local Tour operator available on telephone call, the rep did not come to the Hotel despite repeated requests before the actual movement, not very effective or accomodative. Travellers could reach Darjeeling & thereafter coordinate with the host of Tour Operators to negotiate a good deal.

I had an amazing stay at Muscatle stardust Darjeeling. The service was outstanding—every staff member was courteous, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The location was perfect, and everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this Muscatel Stardust - Chowrasta Mall Road to anyone looking for excellent service and a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back

It was a good experience to stay at Muscatel Stardust - Chowrasta Mall Road muscatel stardust. The employees were hospitable and helpful. Especially the service of mr. Bi-nod was remarkable. I felt like homely and enjoyed my rest in the warmth and calm environment.

Stay is comfortable, position of the property is good, mall road is just nearby, but so called mountain view rooms have valley view only, there is no mountain view food takes time to be delivered, no toiletries were provided during the stay

Very nice Muscatel Stardust - Chowrasta Mall Road, prime location in chowrasta, mall road, easy walkable distance. Hotel stuffs are very polite. Helpdesk team is very helpful, vinod also very good person is taking care of breakfast.

Excellent stay, excellent location, just at the mall , room is good and clean, breakfast is good, staff were cooperative specially the receptionist Miss Anamika and Mr. Binod are very good.
