The support and understanding provided by the Mussoorie Gateway staff surpassed our expectations; they stood by us like family members. From immediate medical assistance to coordinating with the hospital and local authorities, the Mussoorie Gateway team remained by our side every step of the way. Words fail to express the depth of our gratitude to mr. Rakish nautiyal naresh khanduri, bejndar raana, raghu ber and mukesh, the entire team, who selflessly supported us during this trying time, without charging a single rupee for their services. A special mention goes to mr. Paradip rana, who tirelessly ensured quick transportation and liaised with local authorities. Your kindness has restored our faith in humanity, and we cannot thank you all enough.

The Mussoorie Gateway is placed at a very good locatuon, closer to the bustling mall road yet at a quieter location. You do not thankfully hear the continuos car honking here. The view from the rooms is awesome. The rooms on the 3rd flr ( flr numbering goes reverse - downward) also get a small backyard common across all rooms; and is closer to the restaurant too. The restaurant food is just too good. Loved the food. The service was good and rooms were pretty clean. The best part of the Mussoorie Gateway is complimentary pick and drop to mall road. Overall a very good experience, will highly recommend.

This Mussoorie Gateway is an absolute delight when it comes to service,taste and quality of food,service,hospitality.I can’t even think of any of the Mussoorie Gateway where I get such an excellent stay.Staff is wonderful so calm and helpful.Proper parking facility for those who love to travel by own car like me 😃.View from the room as stunning .Mountains n greenery .over and above they provide complimentary pick n drop to Mall Road which is about 10 min walking distance from the Mussoorie Gateway.will certainly choose this Mussoorie Gateway for my next trip

Excellent location, very close to the mall road but away from hustle bustle. Breathtaking view from the room, especially from upper floor rooms. Icing on the cake is that the Mussoorie Gateway provides shuttle services to drop and pick up from the library chowk, entry point to the mall road. It is an old property hence signs of age are visible. However it seems the property has been renovated in recent years. The tariff is very reasonable. Hence don't expect too much. The staff is experienced and cooperative. Overall a good property.

It was ok kind of experience not so good not so bad, bathroom door lock was broken, main romm door as well. Had issues entering into main room always with card, we had to call reception for help. I was very bad experience, toilet require items were not there, nor dental kit, not proper bathing soap. Cheap products were provided like 1 rs shampoo kind of stuff that you get in 500rs Mussoorie Gateway. Cab facility to mall road was good. They always picked our phone me drop us to mall road or pick from there. It was free of cost.

Very good property. All staff are very kind and quick in doing the needful. Stay at 2nd floor is very good as the exposed to nature and we really enjoyed while it was raining. Food is prepared fresh and very good taste. Don’t know the name room service guy, nice person. Also Mussoorie Gateway drop n pick up from mall road is good arrangement and pradeep is a nice driver. Rooms are clean and car parking is good. Overall it was a good stay and i would stay at this place if i go again to mussoorie.

The Mussoorie Gateway is located near mall road. They offer free pickup and drop to mall road throughout the stay so that's very convenient. The view from the room was really beautiful. That was the biggest selling point for me. The staff is also very courteous and helpful. The food can be improved a bit. However, it was a really great experience staying at this Mussoorie Gateway. Will recommend.

The rooms were great for sure, but view was spectacular from the rooms and even tho it was raining you could see the whole valley from there it’s actually so cost effective and the staff was excellent and well behaved. Best one if you are looking for a cost effective stay

Nice ambience. Beautiful view. Great upkeep, good food. Overall a wonderful experience. Few negatives. . Placement of set top box. Not visible in line of sight of remote. One switch for all bedroom lights. . Bed side lamp be provided. . In bathroom soap holder and accessories needed.

Stay was very pleasant room are cozy and comfortable, Mussoorie Gateway is few metres away from the library road and taxi stand. Hotel provides pickup and drop upto library road which is very nice. Food is good and not over priced.

View from this Mussoorie Gateway is wow… and every staff of this Mussoorie Gateway is helpful.. they are providing free pick up drop from library chowk this is a plus point… location cleanliness food everything is very good..

Had a wonderful stay. Everything was top notch. Be it rooms, location, food, staff, cleanliness, service. They provide pickup and drop to the mall road, which is great value add. Value for money.

This was a very beautiful stay. The view was fantastic and mind-blowing. We liked the stay and enjoyed it very much.

Ambience was good heater is not provided had to pay extra for it no dental kit average not upto the price

Stay is comfortable, the location is good just before the prime location of mall road entry, the view from the room itself is scenic and pleasant, food also tasty and at an affordable price.
