Nice and spacious rooms, completely cleaned and fragrant rooms. Hospitality was good as well and the staff was polite

The hotel demanded extra money and told me to cancel the booking if I didn’t pay. When I requested an invoice for the additional amount, they started making excuses, saying the concerned person would provide it later. Thankfully, MMT stepped in and helped me resolve the issue.

Nice location. Very big room and toilet. Like a 5 star hotel. Food is also good. Value for money. I highly recommend it.

मैंने होटल में एक कक्ष को बुक करवाया था उसके बाद मैं होटल पहुंचा तो वहां मेरे साथ बहुत बड़ा धोका हुआ। मुझसे दोगुने रुपए मांगे गए और देने से मना करने पर उन्होंने बोला की हम ज्यादा से ज्यादाआपको दूसरी जगह शिफ्ट कर सकते हैं इसके अलावा कुछ नहीं कर सकते। फिर मैंने हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर कॉल किया तो वहां भी बेवकूफ ही बनाया गया , Refund के लिए बोला गया और लगातार 30 मिनट तक कॉल पर उलझाए रखा ,उसके बावजूद भी रिफंड नहीं किया गया , फिर अंत में परेशान होकर वही रुकना पड़ा जहां उनकी इच्छा थी और जो बहुत ही निम्न गुणवत्ता वाला कक्ष था तथा उसके बाथरूम में बहुत गंदगी थी , तथा जहां रात को बेवजह हमारा दरवाजा भी खट खटाया गया, हमें उस जगह शिफ्ट किया गया जहां बिल्कुल घटिया और गंदा वातावरण था बहुत अधिक शोर - शराबा था । वहा ढंग से नींद भी नहीं आई और अंततः वक्त की बरबादी ही हुई, अब तक का सबसे घटिया अनुभव यही का रहा। ऐसे छलावे और ऐसी व्यवस्थाओं को मैं घोर निंदा करता हूं!

I booked the room at 1160 inr price but at the time of check in they asked me for 1800inr. They denied the check in at the booking price. Not recommend

They took 550 rs extra from me and since it was night i had to give it to them it was really bad situation since they said that i can take refund but i had to speak myself to makemytrip

It was the worst experience for me. I have booked a room and i have reached the hotel they asked me for 500 more for my stay without 500 they denied for room. The staff's behaviour was very bad. Unhygienic room and unhygienic food was served by hotel i have a complaint with the staff regarding this but they said "sir jo hai wo ye hai " such a very terrible stay. All the peanuts in peanuts were infested with worms

The room was quite spacious and clean, all the amenities were provided. Staff was very nice and friendly.

It was a good experience staying at the property. There were some problems that need to be addressed. Firstly, the room was not cleaned at occupation time. Secondly, the washroom gate had a problem with locking. Rest, the property was good.

Have been in this property few times earlier it used to be a very good stay. But this time i was disappointed with service cleanliness. Average stay in given price range location wise verygood

Shame on mm t for not reverting properly with the fraud happened by their mentioned property. Moreover, we never stayed at the property on the day of its booking as we were unable to find the property location. However we faced a lot of difficulty as we booked during the night and we were again and again reaching at the wt p location instead of property location. Therefore, in the end we had to book another property. Very disappointing experience and look at there audacity to even ask for review.

The staff were fantastic! polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Poor response for food and check in. If you order something like water that would be 1-2 hour so carry your water bottle please

Rooms were not cleaned, no kettle in room, used shampoo pouch in bathroom, hand napkins were too old, they didn't care about hygiene. At reception mr rahul was a very polite and cool person. He arranged things for me. It was fantastic stay at the fern residency chandigarh. Hotal staff was polite and cool. Rooms were quite spacious and well maintained.

There was no room available they tried to shift me to another property but i booked this room because of the location. And at last they gave me a room here only but that room is pretty small.
