MYSPACE HOLIDAY INN OOTY ROOMS IN A VILLA

It’s been a good experience, it feels like a family-friendly place. The staff, especially Mohammad, is very cooperative and a good listener. The best part is that it’s close to the Botanical Garden and other easily accessible places.

I recently stayed here and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were both professional and friendly. The room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and high-quality linens. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water andreliable Wi-Fi.

Myspace Holiday Inn Ooty is located in a great location near the Govt. Botanical Garden and 2 minute walking distance to the Tibetan market. The location is great however for the price you pay, don't expect all the premium services. It was mentioned on booking apps that the whole villa is booked but it's only the rooms. Also the ground level rooms are really small and lack basic amenities like a table, chair or a TV. The sheets had stains. Also, there's no Garden View as mentioned on various booking apps. The staff were great and helpful. Breakfast is so served and had Pongal and Idly with chutney and Sambhar. Tasted good. Overall it feeled a bit overpriced.

We booked the villa thinking it was the whole villa booked for us, when we reached the venue for check-in, we came to know that the villa will be shared by others too. I wanted to cancel the booking as i was not comfortable sharing the place with unknown men as i was travel-ling with my family. I was told by the receptionist that they had no booking of any guest that night hence there won't be any unknown people there. So i decided to stay and didn't cancel my booking, later at night i saw 3 men staying in the villa, when i asked them who they were, one of them identified as the owner of the villa. I told him that i was informed that nobody will be staying at the villa that night. He didn't have any answer for that. Overall, if you would want to stay here, don't come with family. There will be weird man entering the villa anytime of the night and say that they are the owners of the place. If you're the owner of the place, you should either stay there or give it out for business. You can't do both the things at once. They had rooms outside the villa as well, they could have stayed there but they decided to stay inside our villa without thinking about the privacy of the clients. Room: spacious and clean. Very peaceful place, recommended for a group. Couple and solo travellers please avoid because it's so weirdly quiet that you won't feel relaxed. Food & services: very nice food, they cook it fresh in their kitchen. Staffs: sree(bellboy) is very helpful, manager has no authority over the hotel what so ever. She confirmed that nobody will be staying in the hotel, next morning she said that last minute owner wanted to come and stay so she couldn't help it. Comfort: place is dead, you might feel you are in a horror movie motel. Amenities: basic in room amenities need repair work, electric kettle didn't work, sockets are giving shocks, water hearter wasn't working in one of the rooms.

It was a amazing experience. Ambience and stay are excellent. Food was very good. Very pleasant stay. A ideal place to stay with family and friends.

Very good property with all the facilities like washing machine common room tv wifi parking is available. Hotel manager is excellent, inhouse food is very good and reasonable. Location is excellent in the heart of ooty.

Room was spacious and good but bathroom water servicea were bad, water was not available during bath and also we stayed for 3 days and got same breakfast all the three days, and quality of breakfast was not good as per price, hence i will give average rating
