It was a super awesome experience, very good location, super scenic view from the balcony and what an effort they have taken in giving an super luxurious experience to customer. Location: what a view you get from your balcony is mind-blowing. Apart from that it is located in heart of Munnar. We did not use a/c or fan is the climate was awesome. Staff and ambiance full marks, no complaint at all. Interiors I don't have words to praise then for the same. Thank you team Mystique resort for making my vacation super awesome.

One of the best resort/Mystique Stays | Rooms & Wi-Fi I ever stayed at primarily because of the friendliness and courteous attitude of their staffs. The room was clean, superb, well designed and furnished and had all the amenities a person would look for. Extremely helpful staff in the resort especially Mr. Allen and JINSAN who made us feel at home. The reception when we arrived and the pleasant happiness when we departed was a true experience. Keep up the good job!

The reception staff is very cooperative and professional. He come out of way to help us as there is language issue. Overall the stay at this place is peaceful and comfy. Highly recommended for couples. Room is cleaned and they provide hot water in bathroom. Reception staff went out of their way to help me which i liked s. Lot. Location of the Mystique Stays | Rooms & Wi-Fi is good as i get ksrtc bus at the very gate of the Mystique Stays | Rooms & Wi-Fi.

Honestly i’m so happy to be there with my family. We had very comfortable stay there. Very friendly behaviour. Rooms are amazing fully decorated and fully clean, we felt like home. Beds were king size, so 3 persons can sleep very comfortably. The Mystique Stays | Rooms & Wi-Fi was on the road side and they have parking space in front of Mystique Stays | Rooms & Wi-Fi. Tourists enjoy your comfortable stay at mystique.

Property is located at a place where you can get mountain view. Property is new and the terrace is under construction wherein a restaurant is likely to be set up. Owner and his family members, especially his son who manages the business is very cooperative and positive minded. He manages the business perfectly. No food is available as there is no restaurant yet. Rest is fine.

I stuffed up my dates and missed my check in but management was very proactive in tracking us down via whatsapp as we didn't have local mobile number. Even though it was 100% our fault, they were very accommodative in offering us alternative dates and also the option to change the guests which demonstrates their genuine customer care. Definitely recommended.

This resort is very nice and beautiful. The cleanliness of this place is very good. Mr. Alen, the owner of this property, is also very nice and cooperative they try to solve everyone's problem in few moments. The back sight view of this resort is very scenic and after seeing it, your mind becomes very happy. Overall experience best

Alan made sure that everything was perfectly available at all the time. He even made sure of our safety when we are out for visiting places.

My travel companion and i stayed here for 4 nights while touring the region. The room was clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff were so helpful and attentive. Would recommend.
