Nachana haveli

Bad experience not happy with hotel bedding and staff only restaurant service is good rest all experience is very bad

The location is good, within the city, but overly crowded surroundings.. food was average… breakfast was good but limited choice..

it was a amazing stay, felt like a queen , and also felt as if i went back in times … soo much royal touch and amazing view

Huge hot water issues in most of our rooms food services are very delayed. Staff is very short in number dining area is not heated stinky smell in washroom no exhaust fan available in washrooms no heater in rooms when it’s really cold in december water logging and leaking issues in bathrooms no privacy, noises from people chatting in other rooms and footsteps beds are not comfortable, makes sound room size is too small- no place to put luggage even

Food was good but little expensive. Out of 5 hotels I stayed during my Rajasthan trip, this was the most expensive hotel in terms of food. However, staff were very good and food was tasty. Rooms are awesome. Worth recommending.

Heritage like feeling, position is middle in City.

Staffs, ambiance and hotel's looking a and a museum inside were awesome. Gives a true feeling of historic Haveli stay. Location is at the heart of all major seeing points and market. The hotel has also an outstanding sand-stay at Bordi in Khuri which is one more heaven. We loved Nachana and Bordi.

Very nicely decorated rooms and good food. Location is walking distance from the Fort. Hotel has a very nice and hospitable staff. It is highly recommended for families and couples looking for a special stay near the Golden Fort!

Hotel staff were very rude and gives preference to foreigners only. Rooms were good but the management is very commercial

If you want to feel how royal families live, you have to stay in original palaces or havelis. Nacha is one of the old havelis in Jaisalmer, it has good ambience but bathroom fittings didn't work properly at first. Staff is helping overall luxurious stay.

There are few concerns like mattress quality was not good. Rats were roaming in the room.

If you want to stay in original heritage haveli around 200 years old with nice modern facilities than this is the place. Breakfast was tasty also and the owners were very friendly. Loved the stay.

The hotel is quite old nice and relatively historical so one would love the site but I have complain of hot running water, breakfast.

But the staff have given there best.

It's a beautiful Haveli with beautiful rooms but needs more facilities like toiletries and team bags and all. The speciality of the Haveli is that every room is different and it gives you the original feeling of staying in a Haveli. Staffs where really warm and welcoming
