it's one of the best stay with amazing location,rooms are very clean and neat,very near to the lake

Average stay Room was not clean Toilet flush was not working properly I didnt received tea for complementary breakfast that they even given that by 9:15 am

location is good, room was clean and good. Curtain not neat, somewhat dirty. People are very polite and helpful. Morning complimentary breakfast was very limited items.

Had a pleasant stay at Nachiappa Palaniappa Grand Inn. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Food was okay — I expected a buffet breakfast, but it was served in the room instead. Overall, good experience.

Nachiappa has become my favourite hotel in Kodaikanal, when I am on a business trip.. The rooms are neat and tidy, bathrooms and clean..

Rooms ok but food manager and staff also ok but while u r mentioned queen beds and deluxe is not correct please maintain correct information in u r site some times hot water is also issue

We travelled to this property for 2 nights and stayed here with family. Quick glance Pros and Cons of the property: 1. Location 5/5 2. Parking 4/5 3. Staff 4/5 4. Breakfast 4/5 5. Rooms 3/5 6. Wifi and TV 4/5 Cons : 1. Property is Old 2. Walls in Room have dampness 3. Breakfast is basic (wada | idli | pancakes) 4. No major toiletries (towel and soap available) But despite all this occupancy was high majorly bcz of Location. FOM is super courteous and ensures gives a positive vibes even after all this odds.

Stay was worth for the pricing, Good reception, decent living Good breakfast and dinner ..

Location is nearby kodaikanal lake but facilities nothing...food quality 0 ....no hot water in room .....we informed 4-5 times but no solution property is very old no maintained... everywhere dust and all

The TV was not working after the complaint was fixed but still it was supposed to be good as it's . rest all as expected good

Nice Ambience and Service

I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better.

The service was top-notch, and the staff were helpful. My room was superb, offering a comfortable and clean space with a lovely balcony. All of this came at a very affordable price, making it an excellent value for the money.

Hotel facilities are excellent, staff are good in behaviour and supportive. The hotel is situated in a nice place, from where we can access, buses, view points, and lake, easily. Overall it was a nice experience.

I stayed at Nachiappa palaniappa Grand Inn for 2 nights and ended up extending my stay. I had such a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a cozy stay with a beautiful balcony view of the surroundings.Overall, it was a peaceful and satisfying stay.
