Neatness is low, with old toilet covers and dirty walls, especially in some window areas. On the positive side, the support staff is excellent. The Nachiappa Palaniappa Grand Inn is conveniently located near kodaikanal lake, just a 15-minute walk away. While the room structure is very good, the paint appears to be at an older level. Overall, i am content with this Nachiappa Palaniappa Grand Inn, but attention is needed, especially considering the facilities provided for a rate above 3000 are relatively basic. The Nachiappa Palaniappa Grand Inn owner understands these issues and plans to upgrade facilities"

I am, sr shareef from tirupati, i aw-ailed make my trip to kodaikanal and stayed in nachappa palaniappa Nachiappa Palaniappa Grand Inn very good with all amenities like hot water, timely providing water and coffee, tea and other required through supply boys. Hotel is very neatness and also in heart of the tourist place with parking area. During my stay, i am happy. Sr. Shareef, tirupati. Old property but recently renovated. Well behaved staff. Once construction is completed it will be one of the best property in kodai. Good and secured parking. No restaurant available. Toilet is average. Easy access to lake and bryant park. Location in make my trip is misleading.

Location was good and very near to lake. Lots of Nachiappa Palaniappa Grand Inns nearby so food is not a problem. All basic amenities are decent. They informed that restaurant is being renovated so once that is done then it will add value to this Nachiappa Palaniappa Grand Inn.

The Nachiappa Palaniappa Grand Inn room was clean and the staff was polite and professional. View from fourth floor gave a peaceful holiday mood. But, food restaurant was not there, so staff facilitated food by buying it from outside. The overall experience was satisfied.

It is a very big Nachiappa Palaniappa Grand Inn, service is good but without any attached restaurant they are renovating, we booked for double room after complaining the quality of room manager balu replaced with good and nice rooms, pleasant stay, preferred for family.

Very good place, looks like renovation in progress for resturant. Should be ready in couple of months. Once resturant is ready this place is worth for money. Also all staff are very good and cooperative. Currently they are helping to get food from outside too.

The property is near to the kodai lake. The restaurant restoration is on the way. Once done it will be a fabulous place to stay. Amenities are decent. That said, it can be improvised. But the staff was excellent. Very humble and reachable.

Stay was good but hot water in rest room was a big concern.

Facilities were good and value for money. Walkable distance from the lake makes it accessible easy to roam. Customer friendly staff.
