Due to confusion in the names of Nainar Lodge and. Hotel Nainar.I could not stay in Nainar Lodge.Insted I stayed in Hotel Nainar and made payment .Since I did not stay in Nainar Lodge I request you to refund amount paid by me through your web page .Amount paid was ₹5121.

Nayinar lodge person not responded and he said room was not booked while we went there, after 45 mins he came to lodge and responded, then only they clean the room. Price also very high for this simple room. We really fed up on service. We didn't taken photo. The way responded is very poor, room not cleaned

Done i intend to move the appropriate consumer forum against you and the hotel claiming full refund with cost and penalty. The hotel was constructed in a burial ground. You have suppressed the fact and sold me. We rely upon only you and not the hotel. You have cheated me and the trust i had with you. We will see before the consumer forum soon. After checked in the hotel we were there only two hours. Then we vacated the hotel not stayed. We made alternate arrangements and stayed in some other hotel.

Very bad maintaince uncleaned floors, washroom bed sheets, pillows are too dirty suffered much of choosen this property
