We were charged for ac rooms but got a room with fan, that too very small in size, on asking the property owner, it was told that he was given less charge for the room. Very bad experience

Dear sir, you booked economy double room which dont have ac. On checkin you were told regarding that and also showed it to you in your booking. The aminities were clearly mentioned in your booking and you agreed to that too. The room is decent sized, clean and hygienic and in accordance with the tourism norms. Weather was pleasant and you enjoyed in lawn outside for a bit and were fine with everything. You asked for a room change in same category which was done at midnight at your request without any questions. You asked for ac room too if available at checkin, for which you were willing to pay extra, but the property was booked already so no room was available. You got exactly what you had booked, you were fine. We request you to reconsider your review and also request you to kindly book rooms at any property as per your needs and make sure to call and discuss before booking in case of confusion. Such reviews gives wrong message although it wasn’t a mistake on resort’s part but a hurry/carelessness while booking. Thanks

familyWe had booked four rooms for the family traveling back from manali and this worked out quite well. Ideal for those wanting to skip shimla, the rooms were clean and well kept. Staff is always looking for ways to make your stay comfortable and happy. Definitely recommend this place.
