I have booked the package with breakfast. but they didn't provide me the breakfast. They were asking for extra charges for it . I have raised complaints at the time check in but customer care was unable to help

It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff at the reception as well as the restaurant is friendly and provided fantastic service. The rooms are clean and up to date. The food was great too, especially the special indian chicken dishes. Definitely recommend staying here if you visiting nalanda rajgir !

The room was very bad. Room service was extremely bad and attitude is very terrible ac is not working and the managers are reluctant to attend the issues. After a continuous follow up only the persons came and solve the issues. Room size and bath rooms are very small and not cleaned.
