Naman Bastar

Naman Bastar is a nicely made resort, away from the hustle-bustle of Jagdalpur town, on the road leading to Chitrakote Waterfalls. The Pure Veg restaurant serves good food. Only thing which we felt needed improvement was the transparency of the receptionist. We had informed him that we would not be having breakfast on both days and whether he could adjust the same partly against dinners we had at the resort. He neither agreed for the same, and upon insisting him to check with his superior Mr Rao, he did not even check with Mr Rao. On departure in early morning, neither he was available nor Mr Rao was available. More transparency in hospitality industry is required.

Stayed at this facility, it's beautiful, on the highway, around 10 KM from main city but not too far away. Amidst abundant greenery, with amusement for kids and parking space, is a good option for family. The biggest downside was poor network and no WiFi. Good options were limited, no soft drinks available. Neighbors were noisy and I might have welcomed their kids if I were with family but that was not the case. No gym, swimming pool is not functional, power outage was very common. Overall okay but definitely there are better options in this price range in Jagdalpur.

All facilities provided, room heater of good quality and excellent planning of activities. They guide us plan the trip what all places to watch. Service is very good. Food isn't tasty and they provide, it is over expensive. The cultural actives are same as the activities in other clubs but here staff is very co operative. Indoor games are also available 24x7 this is the thing I liked most. If you want to enjoy waterfalls it is near from here take 2 night stay here...

Overall excellent stay. There were mosquitoes. However good night was provided and dhoop was circulated and mosquito repellent were provided. Towels need replacement as the had become rough. The Naman Bastar has large open spaces/ garden/ lawns for children to play. Fragrance from Night-flowering jasmine trees was good at night. There were many colorful flowers. The garden has a swing from the tree. Staff was polite and helpful. Free covered parking was available.

The campus was green and well-maintained. Service was good and staff was polite. Room was ok but could be improved with renovation. Walls needed a fresh coat of paint and a rack near washbasin would help. Also, they should keep more big umbrellas at the reception during rainy season. Subhojit, the restaurant manager was very friendly and helpful. Liked their chole batore and other breakfast menu.

Great place to stay in jagdalpur, though the resort is located 10 min drive from city center it's worth it when it come to peace of mind and staying away from hustal & bustle. Lot of open space and privacy to you and your family to spend a quality time. I do recommend to stay at last for a day to give them the opportunity to impress from their service. Keep up the good work!

I had booked diamond room. The room was very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities with 24 hour hot water supply. The food is decent, only veg is served. The Naman Bastar is located 6 km from Jagdalpur. If do not get the CG tourism guest house in chitrakut, then this place is good to stay. Actually located between chitrakut and tirathgarh.

The Naman Bastar is good for family. It is located at a distant place from the city of Jagdalpur. The place is called Dharampura. The service is good at the Naman Bastar. The Rooms are average. Cleanliness of the Naman Bastar is good. We can get Mobile connection but not for all network. The food is good at the restaurant.

Safety of resorts and room requirements & accesories are insufficient, requires improvement.

Staff are members are very cooperative, kind and helpful. Room are clean and spacious. Beautiful view of garden from balcony. Wish to visit the Naman Bastar again. Price is on the higher side but makemytrip offers provide good rates for the Naman Bastar. Nice stay at Hotel.

The staff were very courteous, prompt and helpful. Food was extremely good and the room was well maintained as was the bathroom they even gave bathroom slippers.

Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were clean, ac works well and overall size of bathroom also good. Stayed in room 4a. Did not have food since it's vegrtarian. Had food at chitrakoot (govt property)

Booking with MakeMyTrip was good. In Naman Bastar food was good, ambience was great, behaviour of Naman Bastar staff was good and cooperative. Only thing lagging is service.

It was a soothing experience to stay there after a long day's work. Quite place. Wide open. Lots of birds chirping. Good staff. Looked after well. Notice free place. Away from the road. Good parking facilities.

We stay in gold room it is good and very spacious. Food quality and services very good. Resort location also not so far from Jagdalpur it is on the way to chitrakote road. Resort having very big garden area and lot of space for children for playing.

The resort is well decorated, green, clean and peaceful .. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable .. Staying here feels like close to mother nature. Excellent place to rejuvenate. But restaurant service is not swift although food quality is good

Overall stay was good. Great ambience and good food. Hotel should keep vehicle for transportation of tourists as Naman Bastar is far away from the main city.

Remotely located 8 km from Jagdalpur railhead it casts silence atmosphere. Pickingup transport from here is difficult except Naman Bastar taxi. Courteous Staff, restaurant serves food. TV gets deactivated before checkout
