Namastay Hotels

We stayed at this property for 4 days. Location is very good (its actually in the railway station compund, one can easily reach vishnupad mandir from here by rickshaw (rickshaws are available just outside the Namastay Hotels. Property is new (built in 2019, property is in nice descent condition. Staff behavior is very good and helping. This Namastay Hotels also arranged taxi for baidynathdham (taxi was in very good condition, driver behavior was very good, we felt safe during travel, driver reported us well on time in the early morning. This Namastay Hotels has only veg. Restaurant which serves descent food in quality & taste (they also provide jain food on demand) one doesn't need to go out and search for local restaurants for descent food after the tiredness of whole day of vidhi. Cleanliness is also very good. Very good 'value for money' option (a 'must try. All in all it should be at top of priority of once list when you need to stay for multiple days in gaya.

We stayed here for a couple of days for temple visits. Besides nearness to the railway station, the Namastay Hotels was looking elegant and rooms very spacious with top notch facilities at a cool price. The restaurant food was easily the best in town and all our service requests were very efficiently handled by the manager mr jaikishen, who really extended a very helping hand for tourists like us. I would say that he is the most valuable asset in this fantastic place and sure repeat customers will not think twice about staying anywhere else while in gaya. Thanks jaikishen and also angadkumar of the restaurant, for making our stay a very memorable one

Hotel is a short distance away from platform 1 of gaya rely station. There's a reliance smart store on the ground floor. We had a late check in due to delay in reaching gaya. But front desk managed by mr jaikishan was super smooth and professional. We requested for a less noisy room and were offered one. Room was large with clean toilets and overall very comfortable and quiet considering the location. Although, we didn't taste the food, housekeeping and room service was prompt. Definitely, will recommend stay if you are going for pilgrimage with family.

This Namastay Hotels is of magnificent size. The room was of really big size and very well maintained. The Namastay Hotels may not exactly be a star property but it does have potential to be a star property. The manager was very kind hearted gentleman who helped us with good advices, site-seeing car rentals and allowed us to stay beyond check out as our train was massively delayed. Though we genuinely wish that the room service was better but i guess it is not so because the Namastay Hotels is still not complete. Overall pretty awesome stay 👍

Very good experience. Well ventilated spacious rooms. Though some portions are under construction, but we didn't face any problem for that. The proximity to the railway station is surely an added advantage. The Namastay Hotels has an in-house multicuisine restaurant with well behaved staffs. The foods are also very tasty. All the staffs are well behaved and very co-operative, specially the manager of the Namastay Hotels mr. Jai kishan and one person in the restaurant (i forgot to ask his name. Overall had a very good experience.

I booked 2 family rooms for a night in this Namastay Hotels. Rooms were pretty neat and huge. A family of 4-6 people can easily accommodate in one room. The bathroom was clean as well. Room had 2 fans and an air conditioner which was working without any issue. The best part of staying at this Namastay Hotels was food. We ordered food without onion and garlic and the food served to us was delicious. My family stay at this Namastay Hotels was hassle free and i was completely satisfied.

I had a great experience staying at namaste Namastay Hotels. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The location is very apt next to station junction and have lot of eatery places nearby but the Namastay Hotels food was so good that we didn't go out to eat anything and ordered everything through room service. The service managers were very helpful and allowed us to do late check out as we got late while doing pooja rituals. Overall an amazing stay and experience

Had a great stay here for a week. Special thanks to mr. Jai kishen who helped us out with every request we had. There was no issue with the other staffs as they were well behaved and did whatever we asked of them.

Very good location, near gaya junction railway station ( 2 minutes. Restaurant food quality is very good, but to much expensive. Hotel staff behaviour is very good. Room quality is very good.

Very good spacious room and nice food

It was a very good stay. Location is good, parking space is available, room is clean, service and people are good and helpful. Although buffet breakfast not available, can improve on variety.

The staff was highly cordial and their service was impeccably outstanding. Rooms were cozy with ample amenities, 4 separate beds which were quite impressive at this price point and cleanliness was well maintained. Highly recommended.

The Namastay Hotels was comfortable and the service was good. It was very clean. The washroom was tidy. Staff was well mannered.

nearest to gaya station. food was also great. As the Namastay Hotels is very close to the railway station, due to which railway announcement sounds are heard but I found it is a minor problem as the Namastay Hotels and the staff there are very supportive.

Rooms are large and clean. However, in dining facility was not available due to some banquet booking.
