Location is prime location to all. Food is average and is north indian style. May not be suitable for Andhra people. Facilities are good.

Major issue regarding cleanness. Toilet seat is very dirty. Toilet jet is broken. Dust every where on table on , coffee maker pot. not advisable to family with kids. room is very small even for executive room.

I liked the ambiance and food availability.. response was good . They are available all the time when called upon and I liked it very much .. overall I was very much happy for your services .. I will visit again if you are encouraged with discount for the customers. Thank you..

A very pleasant experience at Namo residency, Vijaywada. The hotel is centrally located and is very near to both the railway station and the city bus stand. All the tourist attractions are located closeby Both the managers at the reception Suresh sir and Tejaswini madam are very helpful and cooperative. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. washrooms are neat. The housekeeping team is very good. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and a pleasant smelling perfume is sprinkled for a good experience. Thoroughly recommend the hotel for all kinds of travelers.

The hotel is situated in a good location, which made commuting easy. The rooms were clean with a pleasant fragrance, which was appreciated. However, there were a few disappointing aspects — the bedsheet was torn, the dustbin was broken, and the rooms were quite small. The in-house Prakruthi Restaurant was a letdown. Though the prices are high, the food quality didn’t match. I ordered Malai Kofta, which turned out to be the worst I've ever had. To make matters worse, I had to wait over 20 minutes just to get a glass of water — even after reminding the waiter and complaining to the manager. By the time it arrived, the food had turned cold and tasteless. The restaurant seemed extremely understaffed, which affected the entire experience. Also, despite MakeMyTrip mentioning a possible room upgrade, the hotel actually downgraded my room due to unavailability. While the hotel stay was decent, the restaurant service and food were highly disappointing. Definitely not worth visiting for dining.

Rooms were clean and maintained. service good. Bathrooms though good enough, can be improved A horrible stinking smell at the entrance of the Hotel, needs to be addressed.

Location : Easily accessible. Room : Very neat and clean. Food : Taste wise very good, but very expensive.

We stayed here for 1 night while enroute to puri via vizag, the hotel is situated in the main market, and is a decent hotel with pleasant staff. They have private parking space and a good restaurant. We stayed in the executive room and arranged an extra bed for my daughter, the room was big and we could stayed together. Hotel and rooms are clean and tidy, its value for money with no additional amenities.

Staff was very nice and stay was very good prime location recommended it rooms are well maintained and washrooms are very good and wallet parking is available

Wrong room allotted as wrong information provided online, charged extra for executive double room but given deluxe room, very rude behaviour of staff. Should never visit, useless staff, useless rooms as lights in rooms also won't work.

Name residency stay is good & restaurant food good taste, & good service by staff. Hotel manager also cooperative. Overall am happy & will visit again for stay.

The room was very small. Whenever we go out, we had to hand over the room key card at the reception as per their version. Right in front of the hotel, there is open drainage and filthy smell. No issues in the wash room. Though booking was done for 2 adults, only one toilet kit (one brush, small soap and small paste) was provided. The reception staff language and attitude was not very cordial. The hotel lift was good and no gutka/pan marks. Ok

I have found location through local cab. If i talk about the accommodation, it was not that much good as room cleaning and all were average. With regard to food, i found north indian taste in south region and it was very good.

Food taste not good very average. We forget to take our mobile charger but the hotel authorities says they didn't see any charger in their socket.

Nearest to the city and staff were cooperative
