Nandanam Park

Room was all good. But staff was not at all attending the calls or our needs. Delay response. I asked for a coffee sachet & they didn't gave me at all. Its a three star hotel & didn't have a coffee sachet. Location was good.

They made us wait for 15 mins for check in

Initially when i checked in to the room, i asked the front office executive to provide me dental kit, he simply said this hotel don't have dental kit facility. But later another executive provide the same to me.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and it was very pleasant. The location is easily accessible to public transport. Food was also good the rooms provided were clean and tidy. We really enjoyed the stay at hotel

Room 304 was clean. Bathroom excellent. Grievance: shaving kit no stock as per house keeper. Restaurant not open for breakfast even at 8. 15am. No staff in reception in the morning till 8. 30am

The hotel is awesome and also staff are very cooperative and well behaved

The rooms where not same as shown in the picture. But the staff was very supportive and good service. The hotel do not have toiletries ( soap, shampoo or even toothpaste)

hotel is so poor dealing with us. rooms r not clean. cockroach inside my blanket.
