Nandhini Hotel (RT Nagar)

Very disappointing stay. The AC was not working at all and the room was extremely hot. Staff didn’t fix it even after informing. Totally not worth the money. Would not recommend.

* The room was not clean properly - stain was visible on the floor. *No bath soap was provided, some cheap quality hand wash was installed. *I stayed for two days, but dental kit was provided. for first day only. * Cockroach was roaming around. * Breakfast was not provided on time. * Hot was was not available all the time. * You can see lack of everywhere.

Late night check in handles well as was the checkout, room was clean neat and cozy. Breakfast spread was average but taste was good.

The hotel was clean and and the location was in prime position..food was average..but room service could hv been better.

no dish connectivity to TV, no internet, pathetic room service.Very slow response from the staff.

Lunch and dinner was good. However, if they have an event, they don't focus on serving the restaurant customers properly. Breakfast was terrible, they didn't even have the basics. If you have the option, book room without breakfast. Paying for breakfast is not worth it. Ac in room was non-functional. Wi-fi used to get disconnected frequently. Switch boards were not fixed properly to the walls. Rest everything was fine.

The room is good. Good service too. Nice experience. But there are things that could be better we had booked three rooms and none of rooms had towels. Shower door was broken in one of the rooms. Ours was breakfast included and it was good. Served from 8:00 to 10:00. The restaurant is also good.

We had a pleasant stay, as our rooms were clean and well-maintained. The food at the restaurant was delicious and of good quality. However, i do have a couple of concerns: the breakfast options were the same for two consecutive days, and there were no alternatives. Additionally, after raising two complaints about hots-tar and netflix not working, no one came to assist with the installation or login, even though this service was included in our room amenities.

For stay hotel room ok, but for bathing hot water provision is not available. Hotel food breakfast ok.

The location of the property i felt very good where you can shop and dine with some good options available. The receptionist welcomed us and made quick check in and also allowed early check in that was really helpful for us. Rooms are quite good enough for stay. Overall the experience was good.
