Nandika Residency

We paid about 1000 for the Nandika Residency, it is a non ac room which is the only disappointing thing. But if you get it at certain amount a below it is a great deal. The location is perfect and you can walk to all the places. The staff was great and very helpful. We forgot our speaker, and they were kind enough to call us and tell us. Overall a great stay but it wasn't exactly value for money.

All facilities are given a perfect stay in a standard price staff are very friendly in nature want to stay again whenever I come to Mahabalipuram.
Good room service friendly behaviour of staff good location i am very much impressed with all the facilities i ask for a two hour late check out and they simply told it's not a problem sir u just got it free of cost.

We stayed as a family. Room service is excellent especially the guy who is at reception is very helpful, he knows hindi, tamil. This residence is well connected to all visiting places in mahabalipuram. There is water leakage from bathroom. Maintenance is not that great. Do not opt for ground floor there is not enough lighting and air flow,. I give 4/5 rating

Room was clean and tidy. The staffs were helpful. Definitely a vfm stay for the money. Only cons is there is no lift. It will be an issue if you don't get room in ground floor. There's no restaurant within the Nandika Residency. But lots of options in the vicinity. Also all the major attractions including the beach are at walkable distance

Place was average. No intercom, No hot water for bath (as they use solar heaters and when i arrived it was very cloudy). They didn't provide blankets. TV had only a couple of tamil channels working. On complaint he said those are the only channels they have. Overall very average place to stay.

Room was peaceful with good ambience to rest. I felt safe staying in nandhika Residency. Thank you for great room service and 24x7 assistance. In Mahabs urs is good decent stay in. Will visit again.

This Nandika Residency is located in the city center which is very convenient for sightseeing. Staffs are friendly and good. There is no restaurant but there are lots of options for eateries nearby. I suggest this Nandika Residency is for cost-effective weekend outings with friends, family.

Mahabalipuram is a nice locality to spend holiday and catch fun with your loved ones. Nandika residency Nandika Residency provides a nice accommodation and gives easy access to the tourist attractions especially Mahabalipuram Beach. The Nandika Residency staffs are polite and helpful.
