All good. Good location, easy access to the beach, neat and clean rooms, pool was good, staff was good, overall good experience

stay was very joyful and pleasent.. nice n clean rooms and lots of space for kids to play with many activities. food was great too with good choices. staff was very humble and helpful..

Nanu Beach Resort is very well-maintained by a bunch of great and friendly staff. From the receptionists to restaurant staff to housekeeping, each one of them are so professional and friendly, you feel like you are being pampered every minute. Special shoutout to the chefs who made the dishes so tasty and lip smacking. Enjoyed every minute of my stay in this place. Will recommend it to my family and friends too

we stayed here for 4 nights and it was an amazing place to relax and spend our vacation highlight is the backgate access to Betalbatim beach . food was excellent. we had plenty of vegetarian options. everything we are tasted so good. it was mildly spiced and customized as per our liking. my daughter wasn't feeling well on the last day of stay. the chef took special care to prepare baby friendly food. for kids, there's a play area and baby pool to enjoy. very well maintained property. Kudos to the house keeping team who took care of all of our needs. Spa facilities are available and we opted for it and found it to be quite relaxing. as far as our room is concerned, it had all amenities. I would've given 5 star if the wet and dry areas of the bathroom was fully separated instead of the half separation that they had . 24/7 hotwater is available. generator back up is present and there's laundry service too reception functions 24*7 which allowed me to do a 4.40am checkout

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the resort. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and friendly staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery, clean surroundings, and an inviting atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. swimming was well maintained and very near to sea. My experience at Nanu Beach Resort & Spa was nothing short of a scam. The stay was highly disappointing and felt like a complete rip-off. The rooms were poorly maintained, not at all like the pictures shown online, and the cleanliness was pathetic. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help with even basic requests. On top of that, the facilities advertised were either non-functional or simply not available. The food was overpriced and of very low quality. This place is misleading guests with false promises – definitely a scam for stay. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking here.

We had an excellent 2 night's stay at Nanu Resort & Spa. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Service is excellent, the staff polite and very helpful. Food was super tasty and the breakfast spread was excellent. The property is well maintained with easy access to the Beach. The stay was wonderful and we will definitely visit again.

Such a wonderful stay and the management was really taking care of us really well. Very close to the beach and kind staff around.

Very near to beach, calm and quiet, well maintained, large open spaces, overall a nice experience. (The apartment studios are bit far from the original property, but spacious and well maintained)

hotel is very close to betalbatim beach. there is a connectivity to the beach from the property. property is well maintained with good breakfast spread. staffs were attentive. overall we had good stay. only one incident to mention. we took one umbrella and from reception and then left it on their restaurant. But they charged additional 500 rs as we have not returned it to reception. I know what they did that is as per their policy. but sometime you have to go above and beyond some rules to have good customer experience. we payed alomst 40k+ for 3 nights stay they should have taken the extra step of not charging that extra 500 . so something from heart was missing. apart from that, remaining things were fine.

1. Location of resort perfect 2. ⁠Infrastructure and hospitality was just awesome 3. ⁠wasn’t expecting this much great north indian food 4. ⁠perfect for family to stay and to watch beautiful quiet betalbatim beach 5. ⁠pool timings can be extendable

The stay at Nanu Resort arambol was awesome, location was good and last but not the least the food was good. The staff also were very polite and very helpful. I highly recommend this Resort for people who would like to have a quiet and peaceful holiday.
