The electric fitting are too old. centralized ac was not working. balcony attached to room no 108 was too shabby though check in time displayed is 12:00noon. room was alloted 20 minutes later with intervention of MMT

There was no buffet a Major draw back. Very few options in B.fast. Room was clumsy where i stayed. Bath tub was not clean. Even commode seat was very old & with patches over it.. Means mentainance was poor..

Good to stay for a day and more, near to all the required and important amenities of patiala and she-ran wala gate

The maintenance of the hotel was not good and somehow hygiene was very low. Bathroom was dirty with no provisions for warm water. But food was good

Food quality is ok. Rooms are old. Need to do so much patch works in the room. No channels in tv and tv is not android. Very limited options of breakfast and need to choose only one item that to not unlimited. Felt a bit expensive for this quality of hotel & amenities.

The property is quite old. Rooms furniture is old with tear off marks. Walls have left over stickers. Food is quite oily. Location is ok, since near to market. Bathroom lathes doesn't work. Front office has no clue, what you have booked, how you have booked. Complimentary breakfast is served in room with only 3 options. Will not be staying again.
