We received a generous supply of essentials, including soaps, shampoo sachets, and fluffy towels, which added to the convenience. As a family we never felt like we were guests in a Narayani Heritage. The place is grand and the service was excellent. They have 24hr service desk who can help you. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean and well maintained. The bathroom had no problems whatsoever. It was nice and clean. We were provided with toiletries. The best part is their restaurant which is in a palace where you feel nothing less than a king whilst the staff take your order very courteously and make sure you have had your fill. It was a very pleasant experience with narayani heritage and we will make sure to book with them again in the future.

Situated in the middle of bhavnagar so the location is easily accessible. It is really a heritage Narayani Heritage. The Narayani Heritage seems like an old world ambiance, old paintings and photographs of the royal family of bhavnagar. It feels good to look and stay there. Rooms were cleaned, room service was good. Overall a good experience.

Overall experience was ok. We stayed for 1 night, and stay was comfortable. Expecting a bigger room as i clearly stated a family of 3, however the room was cramp and didn't felt like 205sqft as stated during booking
