very spacious rooms, great home made style food, pleasant services... around 30 kms from hampi but worth the stay... one will surely find it very peaceful.

The property was excellent with very good ambience. Well Maintained premises, pleasing atmosphere and landscape. However service was very poor. Only care takers were available there. Observed improper management and poor service. We can rate only 1 out of 5 for the service. The access to property was hard. Not kept an entrance board and hence unable to find the location.

I've stayed here for three days in dc 2024. Pros 1. Very very very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms dining area 2. Excellent & neat swimming pool 3. If we are a group of around 12-18 people, the whole property is ours. 4. Huge & very beautiful garden area to spend some peaceful time 5. There's a j bl party speaker. I loved that. ) cons 1. Even-though fully equipped kitchen facility and caretakers are avilable, no in-house cooked food is provided. Breakfast, they buy from outside and provide. 2. Not much of a house keeping service available. 3. Even-though all the rooms are equipped with tvs, no active cable cnnection was there. 4. A/c was not working in my room. (since my stay was in december and it was cool, i was ok. Othrwise, it would've been a horrible experience) 5. One hr drive to hampi. (if we are planning to have few days' visit to hampi, everyday we have to drive 1hr up and 1hr down)
