I recently stayed at Hotel Narayan Leela Inn. I want to appreciate the good job and excellent behavior of Lalit. He was very helpful, polite, and provided great service throughout my stay. Employees like him make the guest experience better. However, I was disappointed with the attitude and service of Ghanshyam (Manager). His communication was rude and uncooperative, which affected the overall hospitality of the hotel. Management should definitely improve service quality and guest handling. If the hotel focuses on better guest service and staff training at the management level, it can be a much better place to stay.

They do not provide basic such as Dental Kit. Food at restaurant was poor quality. even dhaba at highways have better quality food than this.

the service and the facilities are good and the we don't taste the food one thing parking area is not proper for the car a good experience to stay in that hotel for 2 days someone else can stay there

The rooms were average. The services were good, though, if you would like to stay on a budgeted option in Udaipur, this is an okay option. They did not have toiletries. Some switches were not working. Some lights were not working. Overall the food was good. The reception. Service was very helpful. Very nice. See if you want to stay on a budgeted option, you can stay there, but if basic amenities bother you a lot then I won’t prefer this one.

The hotel was really nice with spacious rooms and a clean toilet. The location is convenient, just about 200 meters from the famous JMB sweet shop in Udaipur. However, it’s a bit far from Lake Pichola, so you’ll need to take an auto to visit most of the popular attractions. On the plus side, the railway station is close by, within 2 km, making it easy to reach. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room provided was not in good condition, and the bathroom door was not working. When I requested a room change, the new room also had issues — there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall, the stay was unsatisfactory.

they charge for early check in also blanket is not good, there is very small soap, etc.......... ......

Experience was so terrible. No towels in washroom washroom was not clean bedsheet was dusty. Person sitting on reception was closing the electricity connection whenever we go outside and asking when we return back to switch it on again which was so disturbing.

I book 2 rooms but both rooms have different size and furniture and bathroom both rooms toilet is poor. Cleaning is good staff is polite but bathroom is not good. And room lights not working properly.
