No hot water, rooms are not clean, used beer bottles kept in check in time

very neat and clean rooms. good location near to town centre. courteous staff.

Room is in very good condition and meets all tbe expectations and provides very good solar heated water and the staff are very kind and helfull and the property is in prime location and can find good food in walkable distance. I would rebook this place if I travell this way again

The property is very near to haveri busstand,with good hotels nearby. The rooms are spacious with good interiors and good bathroom. . The rooms are near and tidy. Dedicated floor boys for services.

If you book directly the checkout is 24hrs from the time of checkin. But thru MMT if it is 30 mins late, they charge for full on day. So no flexible checkout provided. Good place to stay. Room is decent, with good beds. No power backup, and no hot water. The property is quite clean and accessible.

Location is good. Food was very good. Amenities and other services was really good. In total the stay was excellent.

Hotel narmada residency haveri can be categorized into a above average hotel lodge with comfy room, good for staying overnight as we were travel-ling from bangalore to goa. Staff was nice and courteous, and there was basement parking available for 4 wheelers. Breakfast was not available and only lunch/dinner is available in the nearby restaurant.

Nice stay. Good option for pit stop. Veg restaurant attached to the hotel would have been a better choice

Good budget stay enroute Bangalore to Goa. Rooms are spacious. Bed linens weren't that clean. The restaurant below provides room service and the taste was good.

It's a good stay for a night. Room and washroom were clean. Ac worked well. Lift was operational and covered parking provided only on availability based. Room was not sound proof, outside noise from corridor came in.

They have not provided bed for single bed. Just kept bed on floor. Which i did not like. I did not take pictures

Wash room was not cleaned lots of waste were there of previously stayed people. Lots of ants on the bed

1. It was pleasant stay 2. Staff was courteous 3. At night there was a lot of noise from the reception due to staff talking loudly, this continued till 1am past midnight, they should avoid noise, loud chatter at night. 4. They should tie up with restaurant downstairs to have food served with bill, the service boy rang bell couple of time for food payment, but did not have bill with him. Overall nice stay. Thanks! we did not take any pic there!
