It was a pleasant stay. The location of the Nataraj Sarovar Portico is in the heart of the city. The rooms are well maintained. The food is good, may be a little spicy. But the coffee shop/bakery can be maintained better and the front office is not at all helpful and warm. I was traveling with my mother (senior citizen, and needed some information, the front office was not at all forthcoming and helpful.

Natraj sarivar portico is a good property in jhansi. Enjoyed a lot. The people staff makes this amazing. House keeping staff courteous and food. Food amazing. 2 best things 1. After room service clearance is done efficiently which is lacking in all other properties 2. No one charges such a low amt as 300 for pick up drop at railway station. Very genuine

Property is located near to jhansi fort. Vallet parking available. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lobby cleanliness requires attention. Its not clean. Did not tried food. So no comments. Rates of food for dining are reasonable. Staff is good and helpful.

Good stay for the family. Excellent food and service. Given breakfast as take away was also good and sufficient for the journey. Jhansi fort and other places are nearby.

They are pretty miser on petty supplies like hand towels and toiletteries. The location, ambience is good. The outflow of wash basin was obstructed.
