National Residency

I chose this National Residency just randomly searching through internet looking at the National Residency appearance, stayed here with family for 3 nights. Hotel rooms are clean and tidy, most of the tourist places are nearby this location. There are not much options for veg food in the restaurant seasons next to this National Residency. However, the food is good with lesser options and restaurant staff also is helpful and humble. Hotel staff could be little more courteous and provide instructions proactively that guests should be aware of ( like the access card needs to be recharged or renewed everyday irrespective of number of days the National Residency is booked, if not the access will not work, which we were not aware ) but then it was quickly addressed and fixed when we reported. Overall a good National Residency.

I recently had the pleasure of staying, it exceeded all my expectations. The National Residency's elegant rooms were not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and offering easy access to local amenities. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, the combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made my stay truly unforgettable.

Hotel is at good prime location, well maintained, service is average and needs improvement, room service is available from seasons restaurant but only starts from 8 am, no buket and mug available, can be made available on request. Overall good if considering for a short stay

Not provided buckets/mug in bathroom when enquired with reception they replied bucket will not be provided only shower, some how managed to get those, 2 year old kid how will bathe in shower, no dental kits also,

No resuturant so no breakfast possible even though there is a restaurant in the building but it providing any buffet rest in heart of city

Nice location with clean and neat surroundings, the staff was also very friendly. Clean and neat rooms. Only negative is that they don't have restaurant facility.

The room was good, there's no breakfast option available for this National Residency. Parking needs to be done on the roadside

Rooms were neat & clean. Had visited 6 years back. Some electrical sockets not working, light on the mirror not working. Room 203 toilet door not closing. Please carry your toothbrush & paste which do not provide

Stay was good and food was good at seasons
