We had got room number 109 it was clean and neat but horrible sound and shouting throughout night by the restaurant staff next to window we couldn’t sleep only

The hotel itself was nice, but several issues prevented me from having a good experience, leading to a low rating. The most immediate concern was the unhumble and unhelpful attitude of the receptionist. When I brought up basic amenity issues, the response I received was unsatisfactory. I was surprised and disappointed that several standard items were chargeable: • Dental kits were chargeable. • Bottled water was chargeable. These are small things, but they add up and detract from the convenience expected at a hotel. Furthermore, the hair dryer in the room was not working. Beyond the service and chargeable items, there was also a lack of cleanliness in the room, as I found the cups were dirty

Room and location was excellent, we have selected sute room, in that amenities- oven was not working when I have called and complaint to reception , 1 have waiting 1 hours to come and check after that they provided another room oven

Over all it was a good experience. Good location and bell boy facility is also available. Car parking also available near facility

Disappointing Stay – Not Family Friendly Booked for a family, but got 2 single beds instead of a queen. AC didn’t work, making the night uncomfortable. To top it off, they charged ₹32 for a ₹20 water bottle. Poor value for money — wouldn’t recommend

The location of the property is very convenient.All the places like market, resturant are nearby.Most of the good restaurant are in walkable distance.Hotel staff are very polite and good.

Stay was good and food was good at seasons

Old place with old interiors mentioned eminities we’re not in the room eg coffee meterials were given but not kettle wifi was terrible and washroom does not have hair dryers

The check in was quite long, hotel reception did not even knew that they we made a booking, unusual check in procedures like photo capturing. But after check out even when I left the hotel completely the hotel reception staffs kept calling me multiple times to clear the bills, which I have already paidfor extending my stay, this shows they don't regularly check their mails for booking status from customers and travellers.

Location is good. Lifts are functional. Staffs are good and responsive. Safe place to stay. But rooms are small, windows and doors not closing properly. Ac not working properly.
