I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the cliff within 500m which gives easy access to all restaurants and cafes. The staff and property manager were incredibly friendly and helpful, they suggested places to try authentic kerala cuisine. The space was clean and simple with a common balcony and terrace. Good and affordable place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

The property is decent. Clean surroundings. The room was just above average. Cleanliness- 7/10. I would five a perfect rating had the price been below 2500. The price was simply too high for a place with no room service and restaurant.
