- I didn't get food in the hotel. - i didn't get Breakfast in the hotel - The room was clean - AC working.

The hotel Natha by Indian Culture Lucknow UP is excellent and holistic place for family stay, the landlord Mr Guptaji and his family members are very supportive and kind in nature, food is excellent, location near by Charbagh Railway station in Aminabad it is in the hart of Lucknow City, it is very close to the Bad Imamra and zoo..the experience was very excellent...thank lot to Makemy trip for making our stay in Lucknow very comfortable

The room was not at all good. Water was seeping through walls. The room was not cleaned after the previous guest left. I could see their garbage in the room itself. The bathroom was not cleaned. It was a very bad experience

The property picture was shown in the deluxe room but booked the driver category which I didn't stay. so i wanted to refund my money on an urgent basis.. Radheyshyam ******

Worst hotel i ever seen in my life room were not good ac are not working . Owner was rude in nature . Bathroom is not good

There was a lack of basic facilities. There was no cleanliness, bathing instruments like water baskets etc. The maintenance was very poor. It seems to be worth 150-250 rupees due to its bad condition.

Stay was not hygienic constantly foul smell was coming don't book very bad stay. Didn't stayed there left the room

Worst experience, it’s look like mess and smell in the room. We didn’t stay in the room and they didn’t refund us

Non ac not parking and staff not copreat

The owner shiva ji is very cordial. Uncle is so informative and he suggested that to take uber auto for local sightseeing, which is much cheaper. The room is good to stay. Vegetarian food is available and tasty. You can bring food from outside. A good terrace is there for sun drying.

The rooms were very compact with no windows or balconies or even exhaust for air exchange. Blankets were not provided. We have upgraded our room from standard to deluxe on the second day of arrival because standard rooms were terrible. The deluxe room has two twin beds and ac but no other facility was there. The owners were friendly and welcoming but overall hotel stay was not comfortable.

Not clean and maintained properly according to the cost it charges. The blanket was not cleaned from 2 months

By mistake maine dorm book kr la tha then maine upgrade ki for single day but dorm ki booking do din ki thi second day maine call ki ki rooms available hai they han available hain aa jao then after reaching there i found ki unhone checkout dikha dia hai so they can charge extra from fresh booking. Before checkout at-least i should have been called once by hotel but aisa ha nai

Rooms are not clean. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important.

I have stay from dated 21. 07. 2023 to 28. 07. 2023. I am satisdy with the services. The normal room provided with clean and provided chaires and table. The food facility is also available within the hotel and served in room. The behaviour of hotel owner is exellent and treated as family member.

The room was not so good; the walls had water and that smell all over the room. They didn't change the bedsheet. I waited for 3 hours that they would come to change because that was dirty, but they didn't do it when i told the manager, then they changed.
