Excellent natural hotel location at hilly tourist area in maharashtra state

My stay 09 to 10 May 25. Overall it was nice stay, room is good, clean, AC etc. Food was excellent, Car parking no issues. However, I noticed little staff shortage in the property. It should be improved. Overall excellent.

A modest, clean set up. Quite spacious for the price. Good food. Good staff, served us past midnight, was up early morning. Good view of jyotiba hill. Good spacious balcony for the south-east corner room. Overall, unexpectedly pleasant stay.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the hotel management's handling of my booking on August 15, 2024. I had reserved two rooms at 5:10 PM on the same day and paid Upon arriving at the hotel in Village Panhala, District Kolhapur, at 9:30 PM, I was informed by the manager that there were no rooms available despite my confirmed booking. This caused significant inconvenience and disappointment for me. I have received an alternative accommodation offer from them on August 15th at a different property. They have requested that I stay there until they can move me to their property on the next available date. I have no other option as I am traveling with my family. However, the offered room is congested and does not meet our requirements as previously communicated. Subsequently, on August 16, 2024, I was relocated to the same hotel and provided rooms 33 and 34. However, these rooms were not properly maintained, and the door locks were malfunctioning. Despite repeated requests to the manager, the issue was not resolved. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by the hotel management and the booking agency.

I found this in mmt. Very well maintained rooms. Food is good. Room service is also good. All tourist places are near to this resort provided if you have a car.

Food is good ambience, cleanliness is observed but management is not flexible in terms of check in and check out timings even after request.

Stay was good. Initially they gave a room which was not as per description and photo but on insisting they gave a room which was good. However cleanliness and maintenance was an issue. The staff did try to do something but not enough.

The room view is very nice. The room service is prompt and food quality is good. Overall had a nice stay here

I would not recommend it for couples or family

Room service is excellent and very good. Break fast and dinner is amazing
