Terrible Stay

Terrible stay i have booked at sasan gir in nature resort sasan gir on 25th to 27th sept 2024 for 2 days resort manager not received or may be not confirmed the booking to makemytrip got the very big trouble to check in at 25th sept 2024 for 2 days. Property all rooms booked for these days property manager has adjusted n gave me only 25th sept 2024 room. So i cancel-led my booking for 26th sept. Called more than thrice to makemytrip to cancel the second day booking but resort manager n makemytrip is unable to the same lastly, i want to cancel my 26th sept 2024 booking as got so much trouble n refund my amount. Don’t want to upgrade. Want to cancel the booking
