The property is situated off the main road, and is away from the Mukteshwar Temple. The stay was comfortable and the food was tasty. Caretakers are helpful. Do not expect a resort like feeling. Amenities could be better.

This is a private villa, not a resort, and we make that distinction very clear in the listing. If your expectations were aligned more with a resort-style stay, we completely understand — but in that case, a resort booking would have been more suitable. It's not quite fair to judge the property based on expectations that differ from what was offered and described. Guests who book with the understanding of it being a homestay or villa truly appreciate its charm — surrounded by nature, with 360-degree scenic views, peaceful ambiance, fresh fruits from the orchard, and a warm, personal touch. This space is loved by nature seekers looking for a serene escape rather than a commercial experience. Stay away from the city

Property’s location is 10-12 km away from mukteshwar which we didn’t know earlier!! Adding to this the property is having limited space and no outdoor activity to do however they have provided us chess to play and let us cook our dinner which i really appreciate!! Service wise i do not have any issues however for food amenities we need to inform the staff beforehand because they need to go out 3-4 km to get the stuff. That is one of the challenge !! Overall it is a good experience if you’re staying for a day or two.
