I stayed with my family and we used the kitchen, but were charged extra for gas and utensil cleaning. Since this is a homestay, such amenities should ideally be included. Additionally, the soaps and towels provided were already used.

Hello Guest, We regret you faced soe issues however just to clarify the following: All the charges were informed at the time of the check in and is also mentioned in our policies. Most of the homestays provide electric induction and not cooking gas and they dont charges for that.We also dont charge for any electric appliance Have checked with my staff.All the toiletries and towels provided to you were absolutely fresh. Its very surprising that towels if you feel we had given you were not fresh then why did we not receive any concern from your side . We welcome all our guests with warmth ad respect and maintain strict protocols.But we also expect the guests the leave the property in a clean condition. Regret to say that this was your second stay with us but both the times the property was left in a mess and not as per guest protocol. We hope you also treat the property as your own home during your stay and keep it clean and non messy. Regards Nature's Blessing

The owner is very polite towards guests, she answered every single query in one call. If I talk about the property, it's drop dead gorgeous with every single facility which makes it a home. The services offered were just beyond amazing and I would recommend if you had to choose quite yet beautifull stay go with this property🫶🏻

Cleanliness and location is undoubtedly very good. I went there for some medical emergency with my family, they charged extra for using the kitchen and ration and it wasn't informed earlier that kitchen usage has extra charges. Also it is not mentioned anywhere that kitchen usage has additional charge. No

Sir, thanks for your nice comments. As far as kitchen usage is concerned we conveyed before check in that dry ration guest will have to be arranged by guests as we dont provide lunch or dinner. Also we did not charge for very aggressive kitchen usage(inspite of gas, electricity usage) but please consider the cleaner will not be able to come thrice a day for cleaning as costing we offer are for short stays and min kitchen usage. I have stayed in a few properties before but this one has surpassed my expectations the property is extremely lavish. The common area is no less than a private party place. They have a clean jukuzi space, a bar area, massive sitting space and what not. My space had everything from utensils to bin polybags. The property apart from being a comfortable stay has the best hosts. Since the time of the booking till we left, kiran ji was a delight. She made little toiletries available without charging me for them. Her staff cooks the best food. We appreciated this stay even when we were in the hills. What more ! waiting to host a party at their property soon.
