Natures Retreat Vagamon

Came with my family for a 2 day stay. Positives: 1)a calm area with just a 10 minute drive to all tourist spots of vagamon. 2)a beautiful view from the sitout to enjoy your tea seeing the foggy mountains and hearing just the bird sounds. 3)caretaker is so friendly and will take care of your needs pretty well. 5) homely food will be arranged on request by the caretaker, which i felt soothing to the stomach as compared to the not so trustworthy Natures Retreat Vagamons outside. I am not a fan of Natures Retreat Vagamon food either. 6) tv with ott platforms available to kill time with your family points to improve: 1) a small concrete road give access to the stay Natures Retreat Vagamon, but not so comfy to ride down with a big suv car. You have to be a little bit careful. Only two or three cars can be parked. Not sure how they will manage if all rooms are occupied. 2)a small dining area is available to have your food, if homely food is arranged by care taker. But you need to wash all the dishes and clean by yourself after eating. It is ok, if you treat it as your own home, but it is not so comfortable for people who are coming to fully relax, as you may be irritated for not having a cleaning staff. 3) hand wash is not available at room. It os only available at common dining area. 4) you cannot eat food at your own privacy at your room. Food must be eaten at the dining area itself. 6) not much variety available for homely food, but the food served is well cooked. 7) a small amount of construction waste is seen here and there, as it is still in completion phase. Not a big issue, still its a let down for high profile travellers. 8) fan was running slow and fast depends on voltage for sometime. Then it sorted out itself.

Pros: 1. Clean room with attached bathroom. 2. Daily cleaning service. 3. Excellent room service( provided you inform them early. 4. Clean and new bathroom and toilet. 5. Hot water is available- essential for the misty and chilly mornings and evenings. 6. Some floors have a spacious balcony, where we can view the sunrise and watch the most covered hills. 7. The balcony is an ideal place to relax and hear the local birds. You can hear waterfalls in the distance. 8. The caretaker was super helpful and polite and was available at any time. Cons: 1. Road to the property is bad, not a tar road, gravel and concrete mix. Have to be a little careful while using the road

We had an amazing stay at nature’s retreat resort, where we booked three rooms. Each room was spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, providing the perfect environment for relaxation. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking, allowing us to soak in the beauty of the surroundings. The food was delicious, with homely dishes that made us feel right at home. A special mention to the caretaker, whose hospitality was exceptional and added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant experience, and we highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to unwind in nature.

I recently stayed at nature's retreat and had a great experience. The homestay was very clean, the caretaker’s hospitality was exceptional, and the food was delicious. The view of the hills from the property was breathtaking, making it a perfect spot to relax. However, the road leading to the homestay is narrow and dangerous, which could make accessing it quite difficult. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the homestay’s location, close to towns on either side, added to its convenience.

The view from the balcony is exquisite! 2 rooms face the front balcony on the top floor, so if u are a team of 4, u can have the entire balcony for you! u could sit all day n night there and chitchat, enjoying the beautiful nature! the caretaker is cordial and provides excellent service!

The stay was excellent. The location of the property is fantastic. Neat and clean room, care taker and owner h very supportive. Even though they don't have an in-house restaurant, they will provide food as per your order. Location and the morning wibe from your balcony is mind blowing.

Nice and clean rooms with a great view of mountains. During our stay the mornings were full of mist. A good place to come relax and away from all the city hustle. Close to vagamon meadows. Good tasty homely food but has to be ordered in advance. Caretaker is also very helpful.

Excellent experience at Nature's retreat. Clean and well maintained rooms. Nice space for campfire and spending time with your group. Seban, the caretaker was so co operative and took care of all our needs. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay with family or friends. Took the 2 rooms at the top floor and the view from balcony in the morning was amazing. Also, they arranged homely food on order.

The property is in a scenic location and rooms are neat. So those who prefer undisturbed stay in vagamon then this is the place for them. There is one caretaker and the owner as well coordinates well via call and whatsapp.
