Considering the price charged to us by MakeMyTrip, the services provided by the hotel were bad. There was no hot water, the room was not well-maintained, and we did not have a great stay.

The hotel is prime location, and all facilities available in hotel. Hotel is very clean and hygienic, staff supported and more friendly. Restaurent facility not available at this hotel. Hence there is no food facility within hotel There is hot water facility 24/7, hair dryer, Power backup, parking available but not huge. Rajaseat garden is near, all other hotels and restaurants are very near

The hotel room is neat and clean. Staff is very polite and professional. The location of the hotel is very good( in centre point of Madikeri), at walkable distance from KSRTC bus stand, medical shops, good eateries and any general shop. Food can be bought or eaten outside all good restaurants and cafe are near by. Will suggest this hotel if someone is looking for affordable stay with less hassle 😊

toilet was unclean with stain on the bathtub. Also the floor was not clean which is watery always.Even though they provide parking its very congested. Only one positive is its in the middle of the town but room was not spacious enough for the piece.

Very courteous staff. Room & the washroom were very clean and well equipped. They keep your surrounding very clean. I noticed someone is always cleaning the stairs. Location is good.

stay was fantastic, free amenities like dishes and hair dryer will be provided on request.. room was clean, 24*7 hot water, great view from delux ac room, comfy beds, ott on demand pre installed on tv, toiletries are basic, instant coffee and milk will provided, dedicated smoking area, friendly staff.
