NAVARATNA INN - A LUXURY HOTEL

I booked two rooms for my parents and relatives. Navaratna was not rated as a star NAVARATNA INN - A LUXURY HOTEL so didn't have much expectations. But their facilities and service blew us away. My parents are by no standards kind reviewers, but they called me at least 5 times in one day to tell me how helpful and courteous the staff was. Every request that they had was immediately resolved and with a cheerful smile. They were respectful and went out of their way to make my parents feel right at home. I hope their top managers see this and give their staff a pat on the back. Good luck. God bless.

Navaratna Inn is close to Thalassery railway Station. Next to it is mission hospital. Autos and taxis are easily available. Bus Station is nearby. The rooms are centrally air conditioned. Flat screen tv shows satellite channels. A mini fridge has been provided. The attached bathroom has got top class fittings, with hot and cold water. Room service works at specific timings. Rooms on the lower floors may experience street noise. The restaurant on the ground floor serves A selection of veg and non-veg food. Service is excellent.

We stayed for two nights at Navartna Inn. The front desk staff is friendly and explained all the required details at the time of check-in itself. Rooms were clean and had spotless washrooms. Excellent place to stay. They have A restaurant in ground floor and have decent varieties. The location is close to main Road. Parking ground is available.

I stayed in Navaratna Inn for 2 days. It was a pleasant stay. Room was clean and airy. Hotel staff people are very professional and helpful. Room service is efficient. They have good veg options also in food. Reception staff is very flexible and will adjust accordingly.

I have stayed in almost 5 NAVARATNA INN - A LUXURY HOTELs in Thalassery and this is one of the best. I would definitely recommend this NAVARATNA INN - A LUXURY HOTEL for business or family holiday.
