The warm and cozy atmosphere, the spotless rooms, all combined to make my stay truly unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. From helping me plan my itinerary to providing valuable local insights, they were always available and eager to assist. The home stay's location was also perfect, with easy access to all the nearby attractions. I especially loved the peaceful surroundings, which made for a great night's sleep after a busy day of exploring. Overall, i would highly recommend navendu home stay to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and authentic experience. I was searching for a home stay or Navendu Home Stay near punnamada lake(finishing point of nehru trophy boat race) and got this in good/affordable price. It was found to be an excellent location where we can go to many tourist places and amenities like punnamada lake, house boats, shikara boats, muhamma boat jetty, kumarakom, etc. Temples, churches, mosques nearby as well. Ksrtc bus stand is walkable distance away. Alleppey beach and railway station are also nearby(private buses are available with ease. You can get veg/non veg foods easily(walkable or auto.

Property is located next to bus station, on the other side of channel, 100 meter from main street, in clean and elegant surrounding. Close to channel (tourist boat rent) and the finishing point - main harbour for big houseboats and starting point for kayak trips. Quite far away from the beach. Rooms are located on the 1st floor, over owners flat. House is clean. Familiar and cosy atmosphere. Not luxuries but 100% satisfactionary. I have very good impression and truly recommend.

It was worth what we pay, need to pay extra for ac, luggage you have to carry on your own. Room was clean however bathroom had some bugs. Overall worth with the amount, near to boating point.

Owner uncle is so humble, rooms are very clean and spacious and near to railway station, totally worth the money
