Nayath Serviced Apartments | 2 BHK Apartment

It's a home away with a family member like manager! I liked the flat, its spacious and comfortable. Located on the main road, this property is accessible and has open options for food and travel. Rooms are pretty good, just like a good home, but if you are looking out for a luxury stay and cozy atmosphere, I don't this you should choose it. I had taken a non AC flat. But will recommend a AC flat for all those who hate to sweat due to humidity and heat. ( Not that I wished to sweat on my trip, but I took non AC as I did not know how hot it would be out there).

The location is very convenient, 5 min from RTC bus stop, 8 min from Srinivasan. We stayed in a 2BHK service apartment, which is on 4th floor, but there is a lift so no issue for senior citizens also. The rooms are spacious & very clean, 24 hrs hot water available, kitchen with utensils available so that you can cook food as your taste. Only my suggestion is that they should keep salt, red chili powder & sugar in kitchen.

Pros: Rooms are very spacious and can be easily accommodated by 5-6 people easily Very friendly staff. Check-in was tension-free Rooms are neat and tidy. Cons: Its located on drainage so there is a smell when you enter the property which has not affected the rooms and that is a plus point. It would have been better if there was ventilation for rooms as it will be suffocating at times.

Stay was comfortable. Location is very close to all important places.
The rooms are well maintained and neat and clean. Staff was very friendly and responsive. From outside the building doesn't look great but rooms are spacious and can accommodate large families as well. One suggestion is to put a larger board at the gate so that we don't miss to see it.

Location is very good. Bus stand is very near by. It's like home away from home. Stay was very comfortable. Very affording rate, excellent location. But it's lacks on services or other facilities like food etc ... However, there are good number of Nayath Serviced Apartments | 2 BHK Apartments / restaurants nearby. Overall it's a good stay.

We stayed with 5-adults 2 kids. Entire 2 BHK flat was taken at the time of booking and even the same. Very comfortable. Rooms clean, toilets clean. Location is centre of Tirupati. Only things they could have changed the Diwan set covers as it was little stinking. A short and sweet stay best suited for more people and budget price.

The apartment was located in good location though the bridge overshadows it, not too far from railway station. Staff is very good and helpful. Ambience is good, small cockroaches were around which can be cleaned to make it look better. One of the apartments has fan in corner of the hall making it hot otherwise it is good overall

I stayed with my family for a night before going to tirumala. Stay comes with kitchen and living room amenities which are useful when we have more people to stay. Overall experience is good given the budget. There are cockroaches roaming around in the house. It would be great if management control those.

Nice place to stay with family

Hotel was clean and good for families. We had comfortable stay. Only one thing they need to improve is to keep clean bathrooms. Like cockroaches in few places and need to keep soaps at bathrooms
