Nazneen Group of Houseboats

Wow, what an experience? The houseboat and the room was marvellous, spacious, well lit, decorated and comfortable. The rooms had hot water 24 hrs. The room service was quick and on time. Food was customized and was good. My family Enjoyed the stay. The location of the houseboat is awesome. We can sit out and see excellent and wide panoramic view of Dal lake. The shikhara pick up and drop (at any time & any number of times) to the houseboat are free. Owner of the houseboat Mr Umer Yaseen is a very kind person. He arranged car rental for us for 7days throughout Kashmir tour at a low price. Staff, Mr Gul took very good care of us. I would suggest all of you to stay in this houseboat. It is a life time experience.

The location of houseboat was too good. Rooms and common sitting area were very clean. We had only breakfast in houseboat (not much option was available, we got Poha, Bread butter, omlet & tea) which was ok. But I feel that for a charge of plus for one night , more options in breakfast should have been provided. The owner of the house boat came to meet us personally & took care of us very well. I would love to stay in this houseboat once again and would recommend to others as well , due to warm hospitality from the owner and the location. Just one small suggestion: Kamod in the bathroom should be upgraded. 4 star to Nazneen houseboat 👍👍

Being a black member it’s my responsibility to rate the place honestly- pros : 1: location: ghat 9, scenic, away from city roads so quite peaceful 2: hospitality: awesome service ( yashmin & nazeer bhai ) 3. Food & cleanliness: one of the best gustaba yakhni, home food in kashmir cons: 1. Hawkers: lots of hawkers visiting boat house 2. Taxi : avoid booking taxi services, it was promised for 8 days but suddenly converted to 7 days while we paid full amount, so better avoid next time the taxi was not available on 2nd oct

Nazneen group of Houseboats is made on a vert good peaceful location, Very clean a spacious Houseboat room is new experience to us and it's a wonderful to stay here. Location vise very calm and peaceful. Breakfast and food quality is very good and we enjoyed a lot of very tasty kashmiri preparations. Excellent services and I was travelling with family. They took great care of us in every aspect. Wonderful experience and feeling homely and safe. Thanks every one for this pleasant feeling at earth's only heaven- Kashmir.

There's something to say about the hospitality & extreme kindness of the Kashmiri people and this place definitively deserves an award for the best hospitality ever. I definitely recommend this place, not just for the experience of staying in a luxurious and well maintained houseboat, but for everything in between. I promise your heart will be full of love for the people of Kashmir and you'll want to come back for more because of how well the owner and the staff take care of you at the Nazneen Houseboats 🚢⛵!

We stayed for a night there. Food was good, simple home food, location is very good. But houseboat needs little maintenance like sitting or entrance deck is in poor condition. Also we booked premium room +heating. But there heating was not provided. Only one room provided was premium. Also one room has bathroom in good condition. Other rooms bathroom was old. And cleanliness was not up to the mark.

The stay at the houseboat was awesome. The caretaker took utmost care of all out needs. The boat was bigger, very clean and with spacious rooms. We were greeted with smiling faces, which led to the disappearance of tiredness of a day long journey from Patnitop. The houseboat staff happily came forward to look after all the needs arising out of our stay. I will surely come back to this place again.

Staying in Nazneen houseboats is like home away from home. Owner of the houseboat Mr Yaseen is a very kind person. Staff was very welcoming. Mr Gul took very good care of us. We were given 30 percent discount on food instead of 20 percent. They believe in customer service and are very good at it. It was indeed the best stay. Highly recommended.

Overall not bad for one night stay

Amazing experience rooms and houseboat was very beautiful and even the location was nice but the bathtub shown in photo is not operation its just for show and rooms were nice but i think need more cleaning there were some spider webs in corner of ceiling but the owner was in touch with customers to see if they need anything

We had stayed for 1night in nazneen group of houseboat, what an experience it was. Excellent welcome by the property owner mr. Yaseer. Hospitality in the houseboat is beyond imagination. Mr. Nazeer take immense care of the guest. Very tasty, elaborate and hot meals were served. If in srinagar, a stay must be planned in this houseboat.

Boulevard road, easy connectivity to Mughal gardens, markets, Shankaracharya temple etc

Houseboat is very good, neat & clean, staff is very supportive. Shikara is made available by Nazneen Group of Houseboats management as and when required without any charges. Shikara man is also very co-operative. Our trip is successful at Srinagar. I suggest other tourist to book houseboat in nazneen group of Nazneen Group of Houseboatss.

Best house boat in dal lake. Clean and clear

Everything was OK. Only one problem in staying in Houseboat is one has to depend on Shikara for city access.

Every thing is excellent, neat & clean, staff very cooperative. Food specially chicken seek h kabaab very very tasty.
