Neelam's The Grand

Overall stay was good with family. But i faced the following during my stay: 1. Bed condition was not that good. Mattress was spring type and it felt they are broken. We all had backache after that. 2. Room cleaning is between 9 or 10am to 6pm. But i have to call them each day at noon to clean my room 3. We reached Neelam's The Grand early and as i had my kid with me which needed rest so i requested reception staff to at-least give me room one hour before which they didn't. I requested him to give me room a little early but he kept on saying that i will give you the room before 2 pm don't worry, what is the point of giving the room a few minutes before. After that i request them for late checkout which they said i have to pay extra and gave some absurd numbers. But when we spoke to the manager he helped us. Eventually we paid some extra for the late checkout which is fine. The restaurant staff was good.

After 4 visits to Neelam grand this is 5th stay at Neelam Grand.. This time from early check-in to 1.5 hrs late checkout they gave us nice hospitality… They give me early check-in at 9:30 also they upgraded my stay to pool face room.. bell boy house keeping staff all are good behave nice… food was good..This time all point meet.. special thanks to reception lady that 2 lady help me a lot also the manager who seat exact opposite to reception..

Good place to stay, close to calangute market and hub. Eating options available in plenty inside the premises and outside. To be wary about is wifi service provided in Neelam's The Grand is poor. While the mobile network coverage is poor around the state, wifi service in the Neelam's The Grand should be strong but it wasn't. One thing the Neelam's The Grand forgot is the parking place. No parking available lr its very small area

It was a great stay in neelam's the grand. The ambience, food was truly appreciated especially night entertainment program. Staff is very cooperative. Totally recommended. Best part about Neelam's The Grand is that it's on road and nice infrastructure. Few amenities like pool in the center of Neelam's The Grand looks beautiful, restro buffet is excellent special applause for chef

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places. Thanks for making our visit to goa that much better.

My experience with neelam the grand is awesome. We stayed at neelam for a week and i just say house keeping, room service, food, accommodation everything is perfectly setup. I would highly recommend neelam the grand Neelam's The Grand in north goa to anyone who are on honeymoon, business trip, or for fun definitely it’s joyful to stay here and enjoying the goa.

We stayed in family suite from 20 -23 dec. The rooms are big and spacious with ample storage and 2 balconies room service is prompt and housekeeping staff is prompt enjoyed the evening activities at the resort. The location is right in the heart of calangute with all facilities nearby this was our 3rd stay at the property

Our stay was very good and everything was very clean. We enjoyed Neelam's The Grand’s swimming pool very much. We reached early in the Neelam's The Grand and paid early-check in. At that time there were limited room and we requested later on to the Neelam's The Grand manager for room change, which was also provided to us.

Amenities, location of the Neelam's The Grand is good. Food is excellent.

Property is good, clean, and provide good meals. How ever there is delay in service and service phone numbers do not respond. Rest all is good !

Hotel was really good. Room was spacious enough. Bed was large. It was great experience to stay there.

Very good stay, near the calangute beach. Polite behaviour and good service. Overall very happy with my booking and stay.

We were a group of 12 people with 6 rooms. Checkin was seamless. Rooms were clean and ready for our arrival. Dining and pool were good. Breakfast spread was good with multiple cuisines and fast service. Lunch and dinner were however a let down in terms of selection of food and quality. Overall a good stay.

The entrance is big and having good ambience and food is always good, nice treatment by staff, it was fourth trip to goa.

Polite staff lobby is so beautiful room was clean n hygiene but ground staff almost new only 1 month 2 month

Pleasant stay ! the staff is really humble and jolly. The breakfast is good and the crowd has a lot of foreigners. The swimming pool is the best part.
