Good room but need to be rectified some issue

We booked a room for 2 days. Positives : caretaker was so polite and helped us, whatever we asked. Room location was out of ooty town, so it's felt peaceful. Negatives - room was bit old. Room entry door and bathroom door locks are not properly fixed.
