Neemrana's Glasshouse on The Ganges, Rishikesh

It was the most amazing experience one could have. Neemrana property is located a little far from the triveni ghat but Its one experience you’ll remember. We drove their but due to some traffic in Rishikesh our journey which was supposed to be 5.5 hours was completed after 8 hours, just as we reached, we were greeted by a staff who knew we had a booking and was ready with a team to take our bags and rush us to our rooms. One can go on and on about this paradise for foodies because the food here is to crave for. Our every meal was a treat to our stomachs. My family is a punjabi desi family and we’re very particular about our food choices, I can just say the chefs did not disappoint us. Try the Gehat Dal or the mutton, masala pulao, dahi aloo ki tehri or the jhangore kheer, it’s all delicious. Not only is the food amazing, the service by the 6 people staff is something you’d want to appreciate. Everything is quick, you order and the food would be ready to serve, the staff is so happy and hospitable. If you ask them about a food item theyll get it made. It was raining so we craved for momos, Mr Negi got them made for us and trust me you need to try those. I personally made sure to note down all their names who cooked these meals for us, Chef Ashish, pankaj and chandan. Ill be sharing my pictures if the food along with. People are sweet and kind, everyone, from the reception Anil Rana who took out time and guided me where to go what to see nearby to our hosting staff, Devendra, Negi, Bagaram, Sachin and Pankaj. They were at all times on their toes to make our stay the most comfortable and happy one. They literally feed you with love, my family was really happy with the service here. The property has some good views, hopping from our machan view to river view was a task though, but after eating all that food, trust me youll need that walk😜. The only drawback was the property doesn’t have its own parking and you just park outside as the property is built downward on the mountain. Additionally, we also felt the rooms were a little overpriced, you can say the service the food everything was great, but the rooms may not be worth the price we were offered. So value for money is there but not in terms of your room, we paid the same amount for machan as well river view the machan view was far from the river view and the restaurant and had no views at all. Also it was smaller than the other, so we couldn’t feel our money was well spent, nevertheless I did ask for a room change and the staff tried to help me in that as well the next day, by then we didn’t feel like packing again only to switch for one night. We had a good stay here, even though it was barely 1.5 days for us we had a good time.

My wife and i visited glasshouse for my bday stay for 2 nights. The location is fantastic- the moment we stepped into the property we could hear the ganges and chirping of birds and nice warm sun to balance the cool breeze. While the property is not close to the ganges, but it does have a 200m hike to the ganga which is doable for avg fit adults. And once you are at the river beach, it's just beautiful. For us - it was the hospitality that won us over. Anil, negiji, chef pant did such an amazing job for every meal and made us feel at home. For my bday, they even made a special arrangement on one of the machans with a live bbq and sigree. We went to anand kashi - a taj property- after this stay for night and did not like the experience at all. Glasshouse is definitely the better choice if one is looking for calm, relaxing and a stay in the midst of nature. Only limitation is the stairs so not suitable for senior citizens, but then avg fit adults will easily manage and you need to put in some effort to relish a place like this. Highly recommended and will definitely be coming here again.

I am writing to provide my feedback on the booking service i received from your company during my recent stay at neemrana glasshouse rishikesh. While my overall experience at the property was great, i was disappointed with the booking service provided by makemytrip. I had initially booked for three river view rooms, but due to an emergency, i had to cancel one room. Unfortunately, post this update, mm t automatically downgraded my remaining two rooms to machan view, which is of lower category than river view. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and has impacted my experience at the property. I had expected a better level of service from makemytrip, and this incident has left me feeling quite disappointed. As a result, i may not consider using your booking services in the future. I hope that you take my feedback into account and make improvements to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We stayed at neemrana glasshouse on gang-es for three days and loved every bit of it. The room was super comfortable, the service was flawless and the property was worth exploring. The short hike to access the private beach provides a sense of adventure and bliss once you get the view of calm blue flowing river. The pathway is rocky but well chalked out to easily trek down if you are up for it. The food was tasty with yummy complementary breakfast and high-tea everyday! the staff was super helpful and accommodating throughout. It was our anniversary and they made a private set up with decorations and bonfire to create a memorable night for us. The Neemrana's Glasshouse on The Ganges, Rishikesh is a bit far from main city centre so one should sort out the traveling to city bit (Neemrana's Glasshouse on The Ganges, Rishikesh offers cab service as well. I would love to visit neemrana again for its amazing hospitality and satisfying stay.

Neemrana glasshouse has kept its natural surroundings intact both within the property and in the walking trail to the river ganges. One gets a feeling of staying in a forest and the experience is truly exhilarating. Away from the cemented blocks of city buildings. The staff is courteous, very customer centric and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The food was excellent. All items in breakfast, evening tea and dinner have been prepared with a professional touch, tge presentation was good, the service was prompt. On the whole it was experience worth talking about at home. Well done! neemrana management. Pl retain the character of the property as is and do not bring in the city look. Thanks to all the staff who served us with a special thanks to the chef, pankaj and negi.

Positives included peaceful stay away from the noise of the city in the serene atmosphere. You can literally hear out the flow of river ganges. There is a private river beach which is accessible by a 10-15min trek down the hill, which in itself is fun. The food was nice, the breakfast buffet spread was descent. Rooms were clean and hygienic, with outside sitting area in every room. There were no negatives as such. There was no official parking, though they have space on the road side itself with cctv monitoring and night guard presence. There is no swimming pool, but since you will enjoy more and ganga beach you won’t miss the swimming pool. A perfect stay.

Stayed for 2 nights - it is conveniently located on the highway and staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are well equipped and well maintained even though property is old and rustic. Ganges, green mountain views, flora and fauna are very soothing and fresh. Food spread during breakfast is elaborate and chef and his team accommodate any special requests. Liked the concept of high tea which gives you another chance to enjoy the views from restaurant windows. Since it’s on hillside there are many steps which adds to your daily exercise and steps count.

Hospitality and Courtesy is TradeMark Neemrana. So is beautifully kept rooms. Location is great. in case you like little track n activity. property has natural track down to river bank. Only thing unlike Neemrana is - No swimming pool & in-house SPA therapist. So book for SPA well in advance if you want n Rafting n Outdoor experience more than makes up for no swimming pool. However be prepared for it. Overall Good Location, Good Food, and Neemarana Hospitality makes it worth while experience.

It was a beautiful view and a lovely location. The property service good attention to detail were all on point. We had a very comfortable and memorable stay.

The property is near to the ganges. A slight fit person can easily climb down to witness the majestic view. The food is great and service is perfect.

The staff really took good care of us. Location is excellent with beautiful view, nice food to eat with little less options to choose. Rest if they can little elaborate the food menu it will be like cherry on top.

Our stay at glasshouse by the ganges was great! the hospitality was amazing, no matter what our request it was always heeded to. The food also was very good. It is a little away from main rishikesh, but in case you’re looking for a relaxing vacation (which we were, it’s a great option. 100% will recommend

A small resort, tucked away. Loved the quiet ambience. Go only if you are fit enough to climb up and down. Not wheel chair friendly

We traveled with the complete family with kids and my not to old buddies. We had a great stay at the property, view of ganga is mesmerising with the outside seatings at each room. Full of greenery and the staff to name devender & negi and the team were very very helpful food from pasta’s to tikka’s was excellent overall we had a great family vacation
