Check-in and Lunch timings: As per your feedback regarding the inconvenience caused due to the check-in and lunch timings at the hotel, we spoke to the concerned department at the hotel and got to know that you checked-in to the hotel at 2:29 PM. However, the lunch timings at the hotel are till 2:30 PM but as a special request the hotel accepted the order for lunch. Dining Experience: We apologize for the challenges you encountered during lunch, especially with the french fries. We promptly addressed this issue by replacing the fries and have taken your feedback seriously to enhance our culinary offerings. Room Amenities: Regarding the bedside sockets, we apologize for any inconvenience. They are children's safety sockets, and we understand that this made it difficult for you to fix your mobile charger. To improve this, we had provided multi-pin sockets for your convenience. We apologize for any inconveniences caused due to the kettle not working fine in the room. Your feedback is duly noted, and we will ensure that such issues are minimized in the future. Pest Control Measures: We also regret and apologize for any inconveniences caused due to the presence of flies in the dining area. However, we would like to highlight that our pest control measures, including pesto flash, flies killing powder near the restaurant, and daily fumigation, are in place to maintain a hygienic environment. We will reinforce our efforts to address this concern. Dining Area Chairs and Safety Hazards: We apologize for the condition of the dining area chairs and the safety hazards caused by protruding nails.
