Our experience on the new bombay heritage group of houseboat on dal lake was quiet and relaxing. The houseboat itself was beautifully decorated, with comfortable accommodations and stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The onboard staff, bilal were exceptional. Their politeness, courtesy, and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. They were always willing to assist with our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The houseboat's location on the dal lake provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed leisurely shikara rides, witnessed the beautiful sunsets, and experienced the vibrant local culture. Overall, our stay on the new bombay heritage group of houseboat was a truly unforgettable experience. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting srinagar, kashmir.

I had a very good experience staying here. The guy took care of everything beginning with the airport transfers which was a good choice since prepaid sim card from my india don't work in kashmir the boat was really nice also the boat has nice and quiet view which is really important considering there are boats facing the main road great value and experience at the lake

This was one of the best experience of my life to stay in a houseboat. These houseboats are designed in such a way that u feel like you are staying in a royal palace. Food and refreshments are served inside the houseboats. People can enjoy their meals along with the view of dal lake and shikaras. I would recommend everyone to at-least stay for a night in houseboat.

My family and i had a lovely stay in new bombay heritage group of houseboat. Even though we had stayed for one night only, the food provided here really stood out for us. It was one of the most homely meals we had throughout our whole trip in kashmir. They had wifi as well. We'd like to thank bilal for his warm hospitality. Overall a great stay!

Overall the boating was good You get many local vendors in between selling snacks and their famous that i personally love kava, unlike the shikara ride these boat are to take you from the main point to the houseboat when you book the houseboat then you can enjoy this ride for free. Overall it's a great experience and i loved it🥰

Very beautiful and pleasant stay and all credit goes to bilal bhai were incredibly helpful and genuinely kind, always going out of their way to ensure that our needs were met. Their politeness and warm nature truly made our stay memorable. I greatly appreciate their dedication and excellent service.
