Decent hotel. Close to railway station. Everything was working properly. Maintenance was okayish. Staff was friendly and responsive. Nice restaurant attached to the hotel. Worth a stay if you want a room close to railway station

Worst experience with the hotel, no tv, no wifi, no cleanliness, no proper service, bathroom is very worst with a ventilator, not worth the money.

The building was pathetic no ac no hot water, all walls have cracks. Bathroom was very dirty.

Worst in my travel-ling experience. Bathrooms are dirty. There is no lift facility. Rooms also are dirty. No kitchen facility. Overall it's a waste of our valuable money. In my opinion it won't even cost the room 400 rupees per night. Terrible experience

They didn’t provide towel, water bottle, no blanket, tissue paper. They scratched my car after my argument with them not providing basic things

The hotel fell really below the expectations. Though i was expecting it based on the previous reviews but thought that they have improved or it can't be that bad. The price which i paid for the hotel, i could have had a one night stay in a decent hotel in colaba mumbai. The moment i was directed towards the room, the first thing i noticed was the door knob which was half broken already. Secondly the bedsheet and blanket cover were full of stains. I had to complain twice to get it replaced. The room tv was not working. The toilet was messy and didn't even have basic toiletries. The phone in the room was useless. They apparently have a restaurant but don't provide any room service and that restaurant doesn't even serve tea / coffee. And it doesn't stop there. In the night i realised half of the room lights including the washroom were not working. I thought it was a power issue and somehow we survived the night. In the early morning while going out for a morning jog i realised there was a switch outside the room which was turned off by someone (must be from the hotel staff) which also linked with the washroom. In my entire life, i haven't been to such a pathetic hotel. If there was an option of negative star, i would be given that to the hotel.

This hotel has spacious rooms but some bathroom fixtures are broken. However, it is near the railway station, which is a plus point.
