New Hemanjali Resort

The resort was below 2 star they are marketing that they have a swimming pool but there was nothing and the rooms are in bad condition

Nice ambience with comfortable stay however room service can be improved.

The facilities mentioned in your mmt site is not fulfilled. only a gandha towel with full of dark spots and a small poece of soap is only provided.

No facilities were provided by the hotel as mentioned in the site except 2 towels 1 small piece of soap and to sealed water bottles. All ready complaint to the customer care, but still yet not fulfilled the commitments made by the customer care executive on 6th and 7th December 2024.

Food quality and availability terrible. Price very very very high & quantity too low. Worst test. Chicken Pakora 🤣🤣🤣. Daal 😂😂, Aluvaja 😂😂😂. Most third class food. Accidentally bed sheet (old and already used by several times) burnt a small part. They charged 350/- . 10% extra for room service. No ac resturent. At the time of check in , the offered room was rs 500/- price category. Flashing switchboard, noise from the AC. Most importantly bathroom windows. Very bad experience. But the service stuff was very polite, good & guest friendly.

New location poor ambience. Improper facility maintenance. Poor illumination in the washroom. Beds rock & noted weak. No tv in the room. Food is good. Overall not worth the price charged.

Resort location at bolpur is far from shantiniketan, biswabharati. Hospitality of the resort is moderate. Maintenance of the room provided to the customer is not so good. Restaurants facilities also found in average. Behavior of the employee is polite though not professional.

The hotel require proper maintainence. The room air conditioner s, basin, comorde were broken. Garden bollards are broken. Water supply in washroom were frequently getting emptied. A thorough maintainence is required. However staff behaviour was courteous. Foods were tasty and reasonable

An excellent stay. Rooms and toilets are clean and well maintained. The ambience of the resort is very nice. Stuffs are always approachable. They are polite and always ready to help. The resort has an inbuilt restaurant too.

Firstly there were no masks at anyone's face, secondly no safety checks were there, no sanitization, no temperature check, thirdly small rooms, air-conditioning not working properly, toilet wasn't flushing, complained about these two but no response from the staff. Utterly disappointed.

We booked 3 rooms , and none of the ac had remote and we had to sleep in 18°C This caused us to fall sick.The washrooms were not clean, the rooms were running out of water very frequently, and there were lizards roaming in the room.Food service was also very unprofessional.

The staffs are very much cooperative. They are polite. The manager also helps the visitors to solve their queries or problem if arise any. They have cottage system stays. If you travel by group, the management can offer an entire cottage that includes two rooms in the ground floor with private dining area. It has all sorts of safety measures maintained. Thigh this time i travel-led solo, i have not felt insecure d for a microsecor. Thanks for being so much cooperative and helpful to customers.

The property is not maintained properly, else it would have been a very nice and peaceful destination for weekend visit. The kitchen provided us tasty and hygienic food maintaining covid-19 regulations. Baul song was organised in open stage inside the resort for visitors. Except the poor condition of the rooms and toilet, i liked the resort and the staff.

Very nice and charming and peaceful environment, cordial behaviour of the attending staffs. Hope we will visit again.

I have booked this hotel. Food is pathetic no test. Even they didn't allowed out side food. Rooms are small as well as smells and insects are there. Staffs are not supportive very bad experiences.

There was no health faucet in the toilet. TV can't be seen from bed. Main door lock from inside was not proper. No food service by phone call. No wifi inside the room. Remote location.

The room was spacious, neat and clean. The washroom room was neat and clean. The staff was very prompt but sometimes food wasn't available at night, that's the only concern. The food was really nice which I had. The location was okay but at nights there was no lights on the road. They must have some non-cash payment facilities if possible.
