It was the fantastic experience of staying in the New hotel broadway, as it was my first time stay in the hotel but everything was so good that I didn't feel that I stayed first time in the property .So with lots of best wishes to all the staff members .

The condition of the room is quite poor and a bit dirty. The walls have water seepage marks. The bed is also a bit dirty. Food is good. The room is poorly lit. The location of the hotel is good. Good but the room was very small. The food price and taste is very good. Overall it’s a good budget property in a convininent location.

Rooms as well as beds are too small. after night stay neither room was cleaned nor even water bottles were provided... had to ask for everything. Breakfast was also average. Amenities like dental, kit, shaving kit, comb, bathroom sleepers were not provided and had to ask for everything.

Rooms vere cosy and breakfast was exellant. Overall every thing including staff is good indeed.

Location is good, although getting to ghat and temple is a challenge since its 2 kms from there and there are other hotels, cheaper closer and better.

The food at Aman-e-Khas, the hotel’s in-house restaurant, was absolutely delightful. The menu had a great variety of dishes, and everything we tried was well-prepared and flavorful. The cleaning & Hygiene standard of Hotel Broadway’s is very very poor. Worm found in one electric kettle and another room kettle was broken. Room & linen was not cleaned
