New Hotel Pachmarhi

The experience of staying at The New Hotel Pachmari is pathetic. 1. They gave us a very unhygienic room, pillows were smelling badly 2. Bedsheet was poor also the quilts was torned. 3. They mention wifi in amenities but when we asked for wifi in room, they replied sir it works at reception area only... 4. It was in budget but this is not what a tourist want... You raise your price but give a good exp... That was pathethic

It was an overall good experience . food was good , cleanliness was average

The room was not clean , the jet spray wasn't working and the tawater was coming very slow

Good big rooms and clean . About 2 kms away from centre . Felt it's like a Government hotel but overall Good. All tourists attractions are nearby. Value for money .

bahut bdiya hotel hai, sbhi log ise book kr skte hai, bahut sundr hai hotel.

the rooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, staff was good too as they were properly giving answers for each question and they help you to get other outside services at proper rate, drinking water was also proper as some hotels don't give good drinking water restaurant was near so getting food became easy for us, and even after check out they let us keep our luggage there for some more time

New Hotel, Pachmarhi is now Old. But it's a gem. The stay was nice and room were clean. Staff was polite .room was ok.Also restaurant was very close within half km.beta bawarchi restaurant was in hotel premises . Where orchestra was also good.nearby to sightseeing places.

Staff of hotel was very friendly and helpful although property is very old but rooms are very big I have not seen this type of rooms anywhere

The over all experience was just ok. The hotel is old but beds are ok. No restaurant in hotel, no room service, no tv in room. It was kind of old lodge. If someone wants cheap trip then can opt but i don’t recommend this hotel with family because it doesn’t have room service. It has a restaurant in front of hotel. The food was good but it’s costly. The singer there was also good.

The hotel had an old infrastructure but all the facilities were really good, especially the private balcony and separate in every room

Hotel is a heritage building. Need some facilities to add on and unnecessary amenities to remove. Overall experience is average.
