Worst room with bad staff. Bad quality food.Sub standard toileteries.No words match the bad behaviour of night manager & his staff.

Good Atmosphere, near to Nagar highway as well as near to Airport. need to Improve breakfast quality and Add more items

room small. No good eateries in the vicinity lunch or dinner . Hotel is very money minded . No extra favors . even for checking in early they charged . They could have discounted the cost as i am sr citizen and retired . No good facility to make filter coffee in the Hotel also seems to be a problem in west of the country and above . May not used the hotel again and will not recommend it to others too

Not clean. Ac is not working properly. Hidden charges. Room reservation is not even for 12 hours. They ask for checkout even before 12 hours. Unprofessional staff behaviour. Also asking for payment for complimentary snacks inside the room

The hotel is so so, not up to the mark when compared to charges. The hotel does not have basic amenities and even asthmatic is not good. Cleanliness and hygiene is average.

The stay was horrible, as soon as we entered the room, we had a bad smell and the beds were completely dirty. There was no water in the washroom. And staffs are too rude and they don’t know how to communicate with customers. We had booked with free breakfast, when we asked for dosa, the staff was not ready to provide the same. Totally it was a bad experience and won’t prefer to anybody.

Hotel booking procedure is good, but amenities wise not satisfied

Small Rooms, If two people are staying in the hotel its basic sense that 2 towels should be given. Had to ask for extra towels both the days. Also the bathroom draining was effed up. Would not recommend this hotel

very congested rooms and not worth of the money as the provisions like dryer and cleanliness was missing but food on first day breakfast was good the second day breakfast was not great

Rooms were dirty, stains on table tops, curtains. Food crumbs on table and floor. Room cleaning done post raising a request. Front desk staff mixed up invoices - check out done with hassles

My stay at New leaf was pleasant. Check process was smooth. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staffs are helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

The rooms were tidy, location is too easy to reach, food is excellent and their services were also good.

Rude staff. Ultra poor Hospitality. Many issues, just sharing one of them, hotel expects you to stay in a room with no fan and malfunction AC. When you ask them for a solution, the answer is we cannot do anything, until tomorrow. They don't shift you to another room even though the same is available. On top of it they are cool enough to tell you, go and write a review, it does not matter to us

The room and bathroom condition is worst, not as per the standard. And denied to seal of early checking invoices.

Check out time is bit issue, and if there is no customer why reception team is not updated on the same.

The room was just comfortable and I had a pleasant stay there even though it's just for a night. The room was nice as well. Just had a slight issue with the door however it's not that concerning, considering the fact that I got a good room that is value for money.
